Práce se zabývá významem nástroje HelpDesk pro prostředí Facility managementu zabývající se souborem služeb v oblasti správy nemovitostí. Práce analyzuje dopady do provozu (eventuální nároky na pracovní síly, zrychlení vyřizování požadavků, zkvalitnění služeb) po nasazení systému s ohledem na požadavky vyššího managementu (např. nevynutit navýšení lidských zdrojů, možnost sledování průběhu řešení incidentů, poskytování datových podkladů pro jednání s dodavateli apod.) Součástí řešení je návrh architektury celého systému s důrazem na integraci s typickými aplikacemi řešícími problematiku FM (Asset Management Systems) a nabídku vlastních služeb (SOA – Service-oriented architecture). Cílem bude vybrat optimální platformu pro řešení (webová aplikace, formulářová aplikace) a návrh základních datových struktur. The work deals with a importance of the tool HelpDesk for Facility management environment, which covers a aggregate of services in the area of real estate management. The work analyses the effects on operation (event. requirements on manpower, acceleration of requirements servicing, improvement of services) after the system application with respect to requirements of the middle and top management (e.g. not increase of the human resources, an opportunity to course monitoring of problem solving, providing of data sources for negotiation with suppliers). A part of solving is a proposal of architecture for the whole system with the accent on an integration with typical applications in the Facility management environment (Asset Management Systems) a an offer of own services (SOA - Service-oriented architecture). The goal of work will the selection of the optimal platform for solving (web application, form application) and proposal of basic data structures.
