Current streams in marriage and parenthood education

This thesis is concemed with current streams in marriage and parenthood education within the framework of curricula existing in the Czech Republic and the nowadays shifts in public attitudes towards marriage and parenthood. The thesis outlives legal consequences of marriage, conditions essential for entering and dissolving marriage - concluded either at the registry or at church. The thesis reflects also up on the recently adopted law on gay marriage as another acknowledged form of cohabitation. Data confirmed by statistics provide a picture of the first marriage and birth rates. Outlines are given of a specific project designed for education aiming at mature marriage decision making and healthy and responsible parenthood. The concluding part contains samples of current literature on the given topic plus their assessment.

The title of this bachelor´s thesis is: Non-verbal communication of nurses with patients. The expression ?communication comes more and more into focus at present. And so communication is gaining importace and communication training is an important part for exercising a specific profession. Communication skills should form an integral part of professional skills in all professions, where you are in contact with people. First of all, it is inevitable to acquire communication skills in caring professions. Communication is essential for the process of nursing, practice nurses are supposed to master both general and special knowledge as well as ability to communicate effetively.

Nurse task when using invasive methods by chronic pain treatmet

The thesis is focused on a research and the evaluation of the nurse role during the invasive methods in chronic pain treatment and on a research the patient satisfaction and expectation with the nurses approach during the invasive methods in chronic pain treatment. The basis for the thesis processing is qualitative ? quantitative research carried out in the departments of pain treatment in four hospitals, in University Hospital Motol, University Hospital Brno, Hospital České Budějovice a.s., University Hospital PlzeňAlejSvobody. Qualitative research focuses on nurses working in the department of pain treatment using a method of questioning with the technique of non-standardized interview. Within qualitative research, we was looking for the answer to the research question: What is the nurse role during the invasive technique in chronic pain treatment? It was found, from the results of the interviews and their analysis, that nurses have within the invasive performance wide field of action and their role is changing in various stages of the entire performance. In all phases of the invasive performance, it´s essential the communication between the nurse and the patient. In the phase before the invasive performance and afterwards is the most dominated the educational role, except for the nursing role. Quantitative research using the questionnaire was intended for patients in the departments of pain treatment. The following predetermined hypothesis were verified using quantitative research: H1: Patients are satisfied with the nurses approach during the invasive techniques in pain treatment. H2: Patients with chronic pain during the invasive methods are expecting especially the empathetic approach from nurses. Evaluation of the questionnaires, which were voluntarily completed by patients, can be ended that both given hypothesis H1 and H2 have been confirmed and that the targets of qualitative researches have been met. The space for improvement can be found in the patient education before the invasive performance. Therefore We created educational material for patients. This educational material is not intended to replace the education conducted by nurses, it rather serves as a basis for the questions preparation that the patient will want to clarify before the invasive performance.

Judgment by Acknowledgement and Judgment by Default

70 Abstract This diploma thesis is focused mainly on the judgment by acknowledgement and judgment by default which are institutes of the civil procedural law, which purpose is mainly to increase the efficiency of the legal proceedings. The aim of the thesis is to offer a complete overview of the current legal legislation and its practical usage. At the same time this thesis attempts to cope with problems, which the current legislation suffers with, and offers convenient conceptual solutions. This piece of work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter generally concerns the judgment by acknowledgement and clarifies the conditions in details that are essential to meet for its issuance. It concurrently distinguishes the judgment issued on the basis of actual acknowledgement by defendant and a judgment issued on the basis of legal fiction of acknowledgement of claim. The second chapter is dedicated to the institute of judgment by default. In the first subchapter the individual preconditions for the judgment by default issuing are being discussed in details, whether the formal or the material ones. Server Framework For Batch Android Applications Testing

This master's thesis is dedicated to the remote control of Android devices using the Android Debug bridge tool. Another essential part of the work is automated batch testing of Android applications. It focuses on individual tools (Android Debug Bridge, MonkeyRunner, logcat, Appium) needed to resolve this issue. It also describes a web framework Nette and other technologies that were used for the final design and implementation of information system.

The role of media during formation of public opinion on the course of criminal proceedings

Diploma thesis called The Role of the media in shaping public opinion on the course of criminal proceedings deals with the issue which lies on the border between legal and media science. Its aim is to explain the relationship between these two areas on the basis of criminal proceedings, both in theory and practice using real criminal cases. Diploma thesis primarily deals with the legal base of the media and its relationship to some important principles of criminal law, namely the principle of presumption of innocence and the principle of public prosecutions. The principle of presumption of innocence and its violation affects the personal rights of offended person, so this work is also focused on comments relating to the personality protection against unauthorized interference which may occur in the context of criminal proceedings, both by the authorities involved in criminal proceedings as well as from the media. For the media sector there are some typical legal institutes correcting such interference which are presented in this thesis as well. In my master thesis I focus on psychosomatic, internal and external, actors assumptions, which are an essential part of acting talent. I deal with the question of to what extent is an anctor influenced by the nature of man, his qualities and character. The work is examining the relationship between the body and the psyche, especially its impact on creating a dramatic character during the rehearsing process and the overall speaking and physical stage of negotiations. I am naming not only my own acting assumptions, but also the problems that accompanied me during the study, whether cloistered and in graduate roles in the theater Disk . I am referring to the actor's bad habits, risks of relations between acting partners and creative team as well as the necessity of pursuing the profession responsibly and artistically, realize of my strengths and weaknesses and targeted work to eliminate them.

Religous-political Aspects of Culture of Martyrdom in the Islamic Republic of Iran

The presented doctoral thesis examines character and significance of the culture of martyrdom (farhang-e shahadat) in contemporary Iranian society with a particular emphasis on delimitation religious-political dimension of this phenomenon and determination of causes and implications of relatively recent reinterpretation which has radically shifted this culture from the religious-spiritual sphere to the political-ideological and even revolutionary. On the one hand, the thesis deals with a complex view of mechanism and manners of the utilization of the Karbala paradigm as the instrument for formulation of politically (and otherwise) motivated aims by different spectres of power structures of the ruling establishment and diverse oppositional social movements and on the other hand it reflects its apolitical standpoint associated with a spiritual experience of believers, which proceeds from the popular religion. These aspects of the political and religious boundary of the culture of martyrdom are examined in detail and given in the context of current socio-political reality. Work and Importance of Medical Clowns

This master thesis presents a view of work and impotence of medical clowns in Czech hospital facilities. It unveils the organizational structure and history of the same name company, which sponsors medical clowns in the Czech Republic. It presents all the important parts of complex performance that are essential for medical clowns. Therefore, the clowns are able to visit patients and use their artistic performance to pozitively influence their psychical condition. This leads to patients‘ physical health improvement. The thesis defines „klauniáda“ as a means to reach those goals and presents specific patters of theatrical performace in hospital facilities. It deals with structure of klauniády with use of particular stories, author’s life experience and proffesional researches. It also answers the questions related to the medical clowns‘ contribution.

Tourist Destination Value - Dolní Poohří

The Master Thesis deal with evaluation of domestic tourism in the destination Dolní Poohří located in Usti region. Destination Dolní Poohří was defined within the project called Brána do Čech. The aim of this thesis is to determine the potential of tourism in the destination Dolní Poohří and its attractivity for domestic visitors and tourists. Subsequently evaluate if destination Dolní Poohří has a potential to growth and describe development of attractivity in the tourist destination for domestic visitors. To achieve the goals of the thesis was the following methods applied. The method of evaluating the potential of the tourist destination designed by RNDr. Jan Bína, the method ATD, which described RNDr. Jiří Vaníček in his article in the magazine COT Business and the index of destination quality Q, which used in their research Ing. Ida Vajčnerová, Ph.D and Ing. Kateřina Ryglová, Ph.D. Essential data used with above analyzing methods are obtained from the questionnaire survey, which was made during summer season in year 2016 and from a public database of Czech Statistical Office.
