Motivation and Evaluation of Employees

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the issue of motivation and evaluation of employees of the researched company. The thesis is devided into three parts. The first part diploma thesis focuses on the description of the incentive system from a theoretical perspective. The second part focuses on research and description of actual payment mechanisms and opportunities for personal development in the company. Based on the results of the half-structured interviews from the second part are in the last section suggested possible improvements or potential solutions of identified problems.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of incentive system to streamline the work of employees in the manufacturing plant and it is divided into two main parts. The theoretical background part and the practical part. The goal of the thesis is to first analyze existing incentive system to streamline the work of employees in the manufacturing plant and then propose its improvements in line with the achieving higher efficiency of employees work. In the theoretical background chapter, author aims at explanation of basics concepts connected with this problematic. The practical part deals with the existing incentive system and after finding the results author will recommend maybe any modification of existing system or just completely new one.

This
thesis'
intention
is
to
present
the
personnel
audit
with
psychological
focus
as
a
tool
for
evaluating
certain
phenomena
of
personnel
psychology
within
the
environment
of
a
Czech
branch
of
an
international
organization.
The
theoretical
part
of
the
thesis
presents
an
audit
as
one
of
the
possible
approaches
to
the
evaluation
of
processes
within
the
organization,
its
history
and
the
different
kinds
of
an
audit.
It
also
presents
the
theoretical
aspects
of
human
resources
management
that
are
later
analyzed
in
more
detail
in
the
empirical
part
of
the
thesis.
The
empirical
part
is
the
centre-point
of
the
thesis.
It
presents
a
case
study
in
the
form
of
a
personnel
audit
with
psychological
aspects.
The
audit
is
focused
on
Human
Resource
Management
and
employee
satisfaction
and
work- life
balance.
The
connection
between
employee
satisfaction
and
work-life
balance
is
also
discussed
and
recommendations
for
improvement
are
drafted.

This diploma thesis is focused on employer branding. Most often employer branding is considered to be an application of marketing principles in personnel management. Therefore the aim of this work is to provide a more comprehensive idea of this concept. To comprehend the real meaning of employer branding, its function. To proper describe the most important impacts on its specific form and the relationship with employer brand as well as other phenomena such as organisational culture, identity, marketing. Knowledge of employer branding in a broader context, allows us to better understand that employer branding is important for the organization both in terms of obtaining a sufficient number of new employees, as well as in terms of retaining current employees and enhance their loyalty and commitment. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part describes a more precise definition of employer branding. Analysis of Employees Fluctuation

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on evaluation of fluctuation rate in České dráhy, a. s. company and on satisfaction of its employees which is obtained by survey process. First part is focused on concept of fluctuation in general - its causes, positives and negatives. Analytical part is dedicated to calculation of ratio index during period of 2012 – 2014, calculation of fluctuation for years 2010 – 2014 and evaluation of survey. In the last part there are suggestions according to the survey.

The diploma thesis examines employee satisfaction and employee benefits in a chosen company. It was used a research: asking via a questionaire. The analysis of chosen quality characters has been made in this thesis and the financial impact of the employee benefits has been monitored. On the basis of the results the reseatched situation has been appreciated and there have been proposed possible changes and improvement in the providing of emplayee benefits.

Another goal is to create a stable, harmonious working environment where employees can grow together with the company and thus improve their job description.
