Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení externí a interní komunikace firmy, která je důležitá pro růst firmy a její udržení na trhu. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout systém pro zefektivnění dosavadní komunikace se zákazníky, což přispěje ke zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků a zvětšení zákaznického kmene. Dalším cílem je vytvoření stálého, harmonického pracovního prostředí, kde mohou zaměstnanci růst společně s firmou a tím zkvalitnit jejich pracovní náplň. This thesis focuses on improving the external and internal communication of the company, which is important for the company to grow and maintain market. Aim of this work is to design a system to streamline communications with existing customers, which will help to increase customer satisfaction and increase customer portfolio. Another goal is to create a stable, harmonious working environment where employees can grow together with the company and thus improve their job description.
