Polyfunctional Building

Diploma Thesis „Polyfunctional building“. The work deals implementation project of polyfunctional building in Jihlava. Object is situated on Jihlava suburb in emerging part called „Horní Kosov“. Land is gently sloping from west to east. It continues for Buková street. The building has six floors and a basement. The basement is made from monolithic reinforced concrete. It is used as garages. Floors are made of ceramic bricks with isolation . First floor contains four commercial premises and main entry for housing part. Seventeen flats are situated from second to sixth floor. Sizes of apartments are 1+kitchen corner to 4+kitchen corner with terraces and balcony. Roofing is solved with simple flat roof. Heating will be ensured with central heating. Every apartment, commercial premises, shared premises are going to have it’s own gas boiler. Polyfunctional building is connected on a local road – Buková street, which is connected to new communication. Within multifunctional building twenty parking slots is designed at the basement. Next fourteen parking slots is designed outside.
Pension in Eagle Mountains

The thesis subject deals with processing of documentation of new boarding house in the Eagle Mountains. The boarding house is free-standing building with a cellar and aboveground three floors situated in sloping terrain. The boarding house is covered by gabled roof. A restaurant with background is projected in the first floor. In the second and the third floor double and triple rooms are situated. Total number of beds comes to thirty five. After finishing the house construction, the area will be put into original state, vegetation will be restored and new trees are going to be planted out. The access to building is from the south for the public and from the north for the staff. For movement of handicapped people with reduced movement ability the paved areas are designed and placed in front of the object.
Sports club

The master´s thesis subject is a sports club, which has a partial basement standing on a slightly sloping area with a basement and three floors. Roofing is solved over one part of a single-layered flat roof above the other parts of the wooden rafter in the form of double-layer roofs. The sports club is a restaurant, sports facilities and in the 2 and 3 floor are rooms for guests. The facade is designed contact system ETICS. External object dimensions 47.96 x 49.78 m The building is a parking lot, which leads driveway. Fundamentals are formed foundation passports, which are made of concrete C20/25. Perimeter load-bearing walls tl.400mm basement is constructed of concrete formwork system with the BTB B410 horizontal reinforcement and interior bearing walls tl.250mm basement are made of ceramic bricks POROTHERM. All perimeter bearing walls and floors tl.300mm 400 mm are designed ceramic block POROTHERM, internal bearing walls tl.250mm and 300mm are made of ceramic bricks POROTHERM. Partitions tl.100mm and 150 will be made also of ceramic bricks POROTHERM. The horizontal soffit is solved from the ceiling panels prestressed girder system and SPIROLL POROTHERM. The staircase is made concrete slab.
Commercial building with flats

This thesis solves the new building of commercial building with flats in vacant space in Prague street in Hořovice. This building is with the cellar in a part of object and it has four floors. Commercial building has rectangular ground plan and it is covered with flat roof. The facade will be furnished with contact thermally insulated system with improved plaster and cladding tape. The object is proposed to be made with brick from block. Ceiling is made from iron-concrete ceiling panels. In the basement there are cellar boxes for the each apartments, store room and boiler room. In the ground floor there are four shops which are directly approachable from the outside. Every shops have own store room, office and restroom. There are also situated pram room for apartments and two stores for household rubbish. The first floor is constructed for offices where two companies can be located. In the second floor there are six apartments. Two of them can be adapted for the person with reduced mobility. The third floor is identical with the second floor.
New town hall for the district Brno-North

Masonry House

The subject of this bachelor project is a double-decker detached brick house, which is situated on a flat terrain without any significant slope and other buildings. The building is shaped to a letter „T“. The first floor is rectangular with the dimensions of 16.82 and 8.82 meters. Second floor has the shape of a letter „L“ with dimensions 12.32 and 11.82 meters. Height of the building is 6,95 meters and the occupied area is 168,8 m2.The building is made of ceramic bricks POROTHERM. The roof is flat with inverted insulation with a maximum slope of 8.7 %.There is front door with a foyer in the first floor, living room with kitchenette and dining room, pantry, wardrobe room, mechanical room, workroom, bathroom with WC and a hall with stairs. In the second floor, there are two children’s rooms, bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom, toilet, and hallway with stairs. Both floors are connected with a unprotected escape path.The estate has a road connected to a main road which goes through whole town.
Residential house on ul. Musilova

The study of "APARTMENT HOUSE ON THE STREET MUSILOVA " handles construction of a new residential building with administrative part in the Musilova street in Brno-Husovice. Within the bachelor thesis was compile building with the housing function. Construction tries to sensitively integrate into the surroundings both its height and the overall scale. The main task was to deal with considerable plot size and create an object that despite its proportions will act airy and lightly. The building has 3-4 above-ground floors and one underground floor with parking. The entrances to the building are from the Musilova street, the entrance to the underground garage is from the street Vranovská.
Family house with a design agency

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is the design and the preparation of project documentation of the family house with a design offices in the town of Boskovice. The object is placed in a quiet location at the end of the area in a slightly sloping terrain, in accordance with the regulatory plan of the city. The proposed layout is created for the housing of four families and the design office for the owner of the object, as the place of performance of his profession. It is a building with a partial bricked Foundation and two floors above the ground. The establishment of the object is solved on monolithic base passports. The basement part of the structural system consists of elements from the lost formwork BEST and the superstructure is of brick system POROTHERM contact thermal insulation. Ceiling structure reinforced concrete plate. The greater part of the building is roofed by a gable roof of wooden trusses and the smaller part is covered with a flat roof, which is designed as a terrace. Part of the object is a double garage with workshop.
Family house in passive standard

The bachelor's thesis on a topic “The family house of standard passive” deals with the design of the house for family housing in accordance with applicable legislation. The house is designed in the Highlands on the edge of developing area Račerovice. The cellarless two-storey building is made of brick. The roof is according to local regulative plan made up of saddle-shaped truss system. The passive character of the house requires large glass areas on the south facade of the house and high-quality thermal insulation of the building envelope with minimal losses. The house is associated with a brick garage with a shed-roof.
