Factors Affecting the Profesion Development of the Head of DDM and SVČ in the Pardubice region

This thesis deals with a topic that factors influencing the professional development of school principals. Its aim is to determine the quantitative and qualitative research which factors and to what extent the professional development of directors house of children and youth and leisure centers (the DDM and SVČ) in the Pardubice region influence. The core issue is the continuing education of directors DDM and SVČ, whether in their professional development in further education. The thesis also includes a six-year term of office, which can have a significant impact on the professional development of directors of DDM and SVČ. Research suggests that the Director of SVC and DDM most important factor that affects their professional development, continuing education. The research results are used in the field of school management and management education as an extension of knowledge about the work of the directors of DDM and SVČ and their professional development, which is negatively and positively influenced by various factors. SWOT analysis in the field of personnel planning in Children and Youth Centre and Leisure Centre in Pardubice region

The main task of the master thesis is the applicaton of the SWOT analysis in personnel planning for Children and Youth Centre and Leisure Centre in Pardubice region. Theoretical part is focused on definiton of HR planning notion including development phases. In the work, more details of HR planning in the market environment and in schools and educational organizations are discussed. Thoretical part of the work is also focused on SWOT analysis, development of the method, realization, utilization of the method, advantages and disadvantages of the method and the use of the method in the school environment. In the practical part of the thesis quantitative and qualitative research method is applied to achieve the goals of the research. Results of both methods are presented including their evaluation. Control Systems of Management Processes in Leisure Centres

Management within education system as in other areas is about general management, organisation, planning, leadership and supervision. The system of managerial work is one of the key supporting elements that simplifies achieving the goals. Intended aim of the bachelor's thesis is the description of the level of supervisory system of management processes in leisure centres in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines leisure centres, management and supervisory processes. The research presented in the thesis has verified the setup of supervisory system of management processes in leisure centres. Quantitative research method has been utilised, i.e. method of questionnaire's survey, that showed data for description of supervisory system's level. In conclusion, partial or complete system of supervision of management processes is set in leisure centres.
Build the centre for free time activities considering the theory of vitality

The Thesis deals with development of the specific educational centre for free time activities. The Theory part focuses first on the Pyramid of vitality and the Pyramid of culture explaining their nature. Next, Educational centres for free time activities are dealt with. The Practical part is devoted to how the Educational centres realize individual parts of the Pyramids. Based on the Theory part, outputs of questionnaires and experience of the Heads of the centres, instructions for keeping the centres alive and prosperious were suggested.
Leisure centre Vyškov

Leisure center The main task of the master thesis is to design a new leisure center in Vyškov. The building is divided into the two parts. The main part has two floors with reception, entrance hall, classrooms, offices, a utility and boiler room, a dance or theatre hall, a changing room, and a toilet. The second part includes sports hall. The load-bearing walls are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks with external thermal insulation composite system. Floor structure are designed from reinforced concrete. The main building has a flat roof, the sports has a saw roof structure. Envelope walls are insulated with ETICS. The building will be heated by a condensing boiler. It will have mechanical ventilation, integrated photovoltaic panels on the roof of sports hall to reduce electricity consumption and LED lighting. The theoretical part is to design an operating rule of the building. The operating rules are part of the facility management, which takes care of ensuring ideal conditions for the development of the main activities of the leisure center.
The influence of educational strategies in leisure time institution "Drak" on the life attitudes of children

children's lifestyle řešen problém pedagogiky volného času především z hovného. Záměrem této studie je zkoumat vlivy volnočasových aktivit na dítě. Její hlavní otázka směřuje k volnočasovým aktivitám dětí a budoucí životní styl, přístup dalšímu vzdělávání či výběru profesní dráhy. Klade si oblastech působí pravidelná sportovní činnost na rozdělena na část teoretickou a teoretické části se autorka věnuje popisu středisek volného času z různých pohledů, dále oblasti pedagogiky volného času, různým činnostem, mapuje oblast životního stylu dětí a sportovní aktivity. Součástí teorie jsou také profesní orientaci. Empirická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníků, výsledky byly následně analyzovány. Empirická část zjišťuje, v jakých oblastech působí pravidelná sportovní činnost na životě dětí, které byly sportovními aktivitami nejvíce ovlivněny.
Diagnosis of defects of an existing object

This bachelor thesis deals with structural and technical research of the Lužánky Leisure Time Activity Centre, a civic amenity building situated in Brno, 50 Lidická Street. A building diagnosis was carried out due to a number of static defects spreading fast all over the structure. The first part of the thesis describes the history of the surrounding Lužánky Park. Furthermore, the history of the city’s watercourses and the related issue of clay soil are also discussed. The practical part focuses on the diagnostics of the building together with its current state. After the theoretical assessment, short-term as well as long-term maintenance measures are proposed.
After school activity in chemistry education

This diploma thesis deals with chemistry and science after school clubs, which are held in schools or in official public organization called "leisure education centres". Chemistry after school clubs, play an important role in motivating pupils to further study chemistry, enabling them to carry out more experiments, acquiring practical skills, and applying theoretical knowledge. Last but not least, chemistry after school clubs help pupils to spend their leisure time meaningfully. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the importance of leisure time, motivation for education legal basis for leisure education and other topics related to chemical interest groups. The practical part contains the results and analysis of the questionnaire survey, which was realized mainly among the chemistry teachers. The results of the survey show that the chemistry clubs are mostly focused on the realization of the experiments and the dissemination of the curriculum. And the pupils themselves are primarily interested in establishing of clubs. Most after school clubs aren't organized in leisure education centre. For this reason, they can't use state funding for the clubs, which are organized in leisure education centre.
