The average sucess rate of opponent's circumvention reached 51,7 %. The most attempts were made in the frontal position using changes of direction in 1v1 situation. The pass was recorded an average of 211 times with a sucess rate of 65 %. The ground pass from 2 or more touches occurred most often. Most actions...
The effect of the deep stabilization system on the prevention of knee injuries in soccer
Hudíková, Klára ; Demeková, Júlia (advisor) ; Veselá, Jana (referee)
This bachelor's thesis examines the deep spinal stabilization system and its effect on knee stability of soccer players for future injury prevention. Joint instability is cited as a major risk factor for non-contact knee injuries. Therefore, this thesis explores the possibility of improving its stability by improving the activation of the deep stabilization system of the spine. Soccer is a collective sport with a large player base and with this comes a high number of injuries. Among the most common of these are knee injuries. The movements performed in football require precise coordination of the activity of the muscles of the lower limbs. These movements are discussed in this thesis, along with the most common football-specific injury patterns. The functional aspects of the deep stabilization system of the spine are also presented. This is a set of muscles of the trunk, diaphragm and pelvic floor that, when properly coordinated, provide spinal bracing during posturally demanding positions. Its proper development begins in early childhood and its involvement depends, among other things, on the correct positioning of the segments. Its function is discussed in detail by Professor Kolář in his concept of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, which is described in the paper. In the practical part of the...
Evaluation of speed limits on non elite soccer players
Havránek, Jan ; Kaplan, Aleš (advisor) ; Feher, Jan (referee)
Title of the bachelor's thesis: Evalution of speed limits on non elite soccer players Processed by: Jan Havránek Supervisor of the bachelor's thesis: doc. PhDr. Mgr. Aleš Kaplan, MBA, Ph.D. Objectives of the thesis: The aim of this thesis is to monitor and subsequently interpret the results of tests focused on speed abilities in a selected group of non elite football players. Methodology: Testing of speed parameters was conducted on semi-professional football players who play in the ČFL, which is the 3rd Czech league. The evaluation itself was based on the results of six simple tests. These tests included three tests for linear speed: a 5-meter sprint, a 10-meter sprint, and a 20-meter sprint. There were two agility tests: the K-test and the 505 test. And the final test focused on lower limb explosive power: the vertical jump. The results section is then divided into two chapters. The first chapter compares the results of the pre-test and post-test. The second chapter focuses on evaluating speed abilities from the perspective of player positions. Results of the thesis: When comparing the results between the pre-test and post-test, there were no significantly large differences that would allow us to say that there was a development of speed abilities as a result of the testing. From the second part...
Prostorová analýza účastníků světových šampionátů mužů ve vybraných kolektivních sportech
DLUGOŠ, Theodor
The bachelor thesis is focused on the spatial analysis of participants in the World Men´s Championships in selected team sports, specifically basketball, soccer, cricket and field hockey. The aim of the work is the spatial analysis of all participants in all World Championships in the already mentioned sports. The work is divided into two main parts - theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part is focused mainly on cultural geography and the geography of sport, but also contains a brief overview of each World cup. For the analytic part, data on participants from official websites of international federations or associations are used. These data are the used in map works and comparisons. The results of the bachelor's thesis brought, among other things, the finding that basketball and football are sports in which a larger number of states compete and their focus is mainly in Europe, but also in the rest of the world, these sports are fairly evenly distributed. While cricket and field hockey are concentrated primarily in South Asia and Australia, this is especially true for cricket. There are also several countries from Europe at the top level in field hockey, but the countries of South Asia and Australia predominate.

Lenzová, Tereza ; Jebavý, Radim (advisor) ; Blažek, Dušan (referee)
Title: Regeneration procedures in terms of fitness training Objectives: Effect of the cold water immersion on speed performance of elite soccer players. Methods: In our thesis participants performed in the created tests. Speed performance was measure in 6x20 meters repeated sprint test. A Lactate Meter was used to determine blood lactate levels before and after the regeneration procedure. Data obtained during the experiment were then analyse using statistical functions mean, standard deviation, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: We found out that the cold water immersion had positive effect on decrease in blood lactate levels compared to the second experimental group that did not participate in CWI. There were no significant differences between results in speed performance tests. The first experimental group that completed CWI evaluated the whole experiment harder than second experimental group that completed passive regeneration. Keywords: soccer, speed endurance, cold water, comparation
