Consumers' attitudes to new technologies in retail

The objective of this research is find out the attitude of customers to new technologies in retail. The results show for example the attitude to contactless payment, self-service checkout, smart shopping cart, cashback or 3D presentation of goods. It also describes the attitude to new technologies in general. It describes what barriers and motivations to use this technology are. The objective of this research si also find out if customers know about some technologies. This thesis find out the attitude of whole sample ort he attitude of some groups. Respondets are divided the to some groups according to age, place of residence or gender. The data is collected by means of a questionnaire. The number of respondents is 200. Marketing research is carried out in Příbram distict. This bachelor thesis also suggests recommendations for retails. Many graphs, tables, relative and absolut frequency, diagrams and pictures were used in this thesis.
Consumers' satisfaction with transport service when shopping via internet

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of consumers´ access to transport service when shopping via Internet. In the theoretical part there is knowledge about the purchasing process, there is also mentioned the trust in shopping online and also records of shops in the Czech Republic. In the practical part consumer´s satisfaction with transport service when shopping via Internet was measured by a questionnaire survey, which examined each consumer´s experience. A total of 212 respondents were analysed in the South Bohemia. Most of the consumers are very satisfied with an option of paying cash on delivery with a credit card. The most frequent problem of respondents in transport is inappropriate delivery time. The worst rated carrier is the Czech Post and the best one is PPL. In conclusion, the overall results show that most respondents are rather satisfied with the transport of goods over the Internet.
Woman on The Labour Market in the Situation of the Mother

Human society is dependent on women who ensure their sustainability in the role of mothers. At the same time women participate in the economic prosperity of the family and society. The combination of these two roles puts them at a disadvantage in the labour market. This thesis aims at analyzing the current situation of women from the point of view of motherhood and position on the labour market. The theoretical part deals with two primary areas including social policy and the labour market. Social policy gives information about family policy and state support to mothers in comparison with other countries. The practical part, which is based on methodology, is dedicated to the analysis of the current situation of women and is divided according to the origin of the data. The secondary data were obtained from the public statistical database and the primary one through the questionnaire survey. The outcome of the work reveals significant factors influencing the age at which women have their first child, the dependence between parental leave income, the length of parental leave, and other answers to the research questions.
Knowlege the public about the issue previously expressed wishes

The patient's autonomy is very important part of medical and nursing practice and every patient should have a right to express their opinion about their treatment. Advance directives give person an opportunity to express even in situations when it is not possible to communicate with others. Although it is possible to write advance directives in the Czech Republic only negligible percentage of people take advantage of this possibility. Why is it so? I have set two goals in my thesis. My first goal is to determine the awareness of the general public about the advance directives in the Czech Republic and also I want to find out awareness about the possibility to appoint a guardian as a mediator of fulfilment of advance directives of an individual. It is also my goal to discover whether respondents would welcome greater awareness of this topic. My second objective is to determine the attitudes of respondents to the problematics of advance directives. I want to discover if the respondents have ever dealt with the idea of being in a situation which they could not communicate with their environment and if they would like to have an opinion to decide about their treatment and also if they would like to name their mediator. Deputy Director - possible Level to the Position of Director

This thesis deals with the application of approaches in current practice that consider the performance of the Deputy Director as an appropriate or necessary precondition for the future performance of the school principal or the school facility. This work investigates current approaches that are applied in practice by founders, directors and deputy directors of schools and school facilities. The work is based on the study of available literature and applicable laws in the Czech Republic. At the same time, it draws on international approaches currently applied in the field. The research was conducted through questionnaires and investigations of implementations in the selection of future directors. In addition, respondents' views of founders and directors of the inclusion conditions of the Deputy Director of the insolvency proceedings. Also, respondents' views on the possible acquisition of management skills by the acting deputy director were examined. The analysis of the research describes the state determined and recommends possible solutions for the questions in the next period with emphasis on the potential increase in the quality of the Czech education system.
Management of nursery school with more separated workplaces

Final thesis presents a comparison of the management of kindergartens, which are divided according to given specifications. This segmentation was the fact kindergartens with more separated workplace, which became the subject of further research. In the theoretical part defines the basic concepts of management. The survey is aimed at business functions. Terminology each function highlights the importance of the issue of management control. In the empirical part was used a quantitative survey questionnaire form created in Google Docs. The results were transferred to the clear graphs and tables for further use. Works by respondents from the region Mladá Boleslav, where forty-six nursery schools. Subsequent research was focused on qualitative research with a focus on kindergarten with more separated workplace. Respondents with personal meetings to answer questions formulated. These survey results were recorded in tabular summaries and further processed for further research. The information obtained with the respondents in managerial positions revealed an overall view of managing organizations. Market position of a private label

The main purpose of my bachelor thesis is to find how do consumers perceive the private brand of Lidl chain store on the Czech market. The secondary purpose is to find out whether the consumers prefer the quality to quantity, or not. And according to the results I suggest the development of private brands in this chain store. My bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: The theoretical part of my thesis consists of a literature research. It describes the problematics of brand, private brands or the consumer´s behaviour. In conclusion, the research forms the comprehensive overview of the issue. The practical part is made up of my own research. The research is formed by an electronic or paper survey with targeted questions answered by respondents. This method allows many of respondents to answer in a short time. Thanks to these facts the distribution of this method is easy. On one hand the company of Lidl prefers an aggressive marketing policy which is focused on the lowest possible prices. On the other the company can produce the products of good quality despite prices. And this is the main reason why consumers usually buy these products. The result of my research is the development of these things thanks to the better advertisement and to the diversification of the products which consumers had not recognized before. Due to the popularity of these brands I suggest the modernisation of racks, the building of the changing room to try the clothes on. And last but not least I suggest the sales promotion through various competitions and discount coupons.
