Project "Sporting Kid"

Title: Project "Sporting Kid" Aims: The main goal of this Theses is to introduce the decade of operation of the project "Sporting Kid", to define the function of sport projects for children with respect to the personal development of children of preschool and school age and to assess the development and further possibilities for enhancement of this Project. Methods: In our work we used the methods of description, analysis and comparison. We used the description method to review the scientific literature related to the characteristics of preschool and school age, characteristics of physical activities, management, marketing, instructors work and communications. The method of analysis and comparison was applied to evaluate the functioning of project "Sporting Kid". Results: Based on the scientific literature research and the evaluation of the functionality of the project "Sporting Kid" we found that this project is viable and promising in terms of access to the natural motion development of children, in terms of the motivation changes during the functioning of the project, as well as in financial terms according to organizers requirements. Česko-bavorské vztahy v oblasti regionálního rozvoje po roce 1990

This thesis deals with the relations between the Czech Republic and the Land of Bavaria on a bilateral and multilateral level and regional cooperation dated from 1990 to the present. The aim is to carry out an analysis in the bilateral relations and contacts between the Czech Republic and Bavaria and to perform a content analysis of the documents and the development of cross-border cooperation in the selected regions. The important part of the work is the comparison of the area and its historical development, the importance of mutual agreements and profile tools for cooperation. The development of Czech-Bavarian relations is then discussed with regard to the role of the European Union and with a view of possible future solutions to a more effective cooperation.

Komparace projektů regulujících negativní jevy mezi mládeží v Ostravě a ve Vyškově

This bachelor thesis is entitled Comparison of the projects which regulate negative phenomena among youth in Ostrava and Vyškov. The theoretical framework of the thesis explains terms such as youth, negative phenomena and projects. The practical part is devoted to description and comparison of selected projects according to the previous theoretical framework. Subsequently, the work deals with the results of selected projects and formulation of their conclusions due to development plans of both cities.

Dostupnost nezávadné vody ve východní Africe

Hošková, L. Availability of safe water in East Africa. Brno, 2019. Bachelor thesis. Mendel University in Brno. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of safe water availability in the East Africa region. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the success of selected projects in two selected countries, Tanzania and Kenya. Following these projects, the subsequent identification of the most important aspects of effective increase in the availability of safe water resources. This work is a form of literature review of water as a source, water stress, water consumption, distribution, treatment and water pollution. It deals with the delimitation of the region of East Africa, closer to two selected model states, Tanzania and Kenya. Part of the work is focused on specific World Bank projects. This section provides an annotated overview of projects and presents their success and failure. Among other things, utilization of results in practice.

Improvement of company processes to assure safety of products

The diploma thesis devotes to the process of ensuring functional safety of products in Bosch Rexroth Brno, which deals with industrial hydraulic systems. The first part introduces the basic legislative regulations concerning product safety and describes selected standards relevant to this thesis. The second part focuses on Bosch Rexroth and the current state in the field of ensuring functional safety of their products. It also includes a description of the functional safety solution of a specific project – a hydraulic try-out press. At the end of the thesis, improvements to the process of ensuring functional safety in response to the identified shortcomings are proposed.
