The master thesis theme is motivation and satisfaction of employees in organization. Theoretical part focuses especially on motivation in relation to work motivation and performance. Its task is to define the theories and tools of motivation and factors that influence it. In the practical part there is summary and analysis of survey that has been done on the premises of specific company in Prague. This parts task is to find out whether employees are satisfied with the selected motivational factors and how are these factors important to them.

It is very resisting in how the system is adjusted and if it works not only for company, but for employees as well. The remuneration system together with motivation of employees are better matching with all the processes in company, which are in progress in the company, the final result can be taken for the employees as bigger motivation for the work and they will be worked more effectively, which is the main goal of the remuneration system and motivation.

This thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits and their role in motivating workers. The aim is to assess which factors encourage people to achieve better outcomes in their job and whether benefits belong to them. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to theoretical knowledge of motivation. The basic principles of motivational theories are explained there more in detail. The second chapter deals with employee benefits, their types and significance for the company and employees. The practical part includes an analysis of employee benefits in the company GlaxoSmithKline. The conclusion of the thesis is based on results of a questionnaire survey regarding motivation and of interviews, in which some possible links between the benefits and motivation were examined.
Evaluation of Employees' Satisfaction in a chosen Organization

This thesis presented the theoretical basis of evaluation of employees. It continued with analysis of evaluation system in a selected company and summarised the opinions of employees through the questionnaire. This thesis tested the effectiveness of company's evaluation system. The analysis and the questionnaire showed that the evaluation system of a company was ineffective. Final deficiencies of the system were presented together with corrective actions.
Carreer planning

My thesis is based on the possibilities of career growth in the field of banking. I will study the development of careers in two different but comparable financial institutions. The theoretical part of my thesis will focus on four types of career structures: full-time, part-time, full-time with management track, and irregular. In the following part of my thesis, I will show how these four types search for employment, develop their careers, and negotiate payment and benefits. In this thesis, I will compare the working conditions of two banks. Based on personal interviews, surveys, and observation, I have ascertained and graded the each bank for self-realization, work-study opportunities, business culture, and job satisfaction, relations between management and employees and company communications. I also studied the average length of an assignment, which is a good general indicator.
Self-Efficacy and Work Efficiency

The tagets of this thesis were to test with a chosen organization's staff how much self-efficacy depending of particular tasks affected the quality of fulfilling those tasks, to recommend suitable methods of increasing self-efficacy and to suggest a method of task formulation corresponding to social cognitive theory of man in organization. The research was done at a particular section of fiscal administration. The requisite information was obtained by questionnaire method, the received dates were compiled by the suitable statistical methods. The consequent results allowed to say there was no positive relation betwen self-efficacy during fulfilling particular tasks and the efficiency of the particular section's offices. One of the most important results was that self-efficacy itself did not affect the efficiency of the particular offices. The differences in the efficiency resulted from the managers'work. The thesis includes recommendations resulted from its targets.
Stress and its influence on employee

Bachelor thesis analyzes the influence of stress on work performance of employees. The thesis has two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the characterization of stress, its origins, signs and symptoms. Then the thesis focuses on stress, its sources and effects on employees in the workplace. The practical part of this thesis is based on a survey which examines the impact of stress on work performance of employees and the effects of individual stressors in the workplace.
