Diplomová práce předložila teoretická východiska hodnocení pracovníků. Dále analyzovala systém hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci a následně zahrnula názory pracovníků prostřednictvím provedeného dotazníkového šetření. Práce zjišťovala, zda je systém hodnocení pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti efektivní. Jelikož analýza a dotazníkové šetření zjistily, že stávající systém hodnocení je nevyhovující, byly vypsány nedostatky systému a k nim byla navržena nápravná opatření. This thesis presented the theoretical basis of evaluation of employees. It continued with analysis of evaluation system in a selected company and summarised the opinions of employees through the questionnaire. This thesis tested the effectiveness of company's evaluation system. The analysis and the questionnaire showed that the evaluation system of a company was ineffective. Final deficiencies of the system were presented together with corrective actions.
