Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu stresu na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců. Práce má dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována charakterizaci stresu, jeho vzniku, příznakům a projevům. Dále se práce zaměřuje na stres, jeho zdroje a vliv na zaměstnance v pracovním prostředí. Praktická část bakalářské práce je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, které zkoumá vliv stresu na pracovní výkonnost zaměstnanců a působení jednotlivých stresových faktorů v pracovním prostředí. Bachelor thesis analyzes the influence of stress on work performance of employees. The thesis has two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the characterization of stress, its origins, signs and symptoms. Then the thesis focuses on stress, its sources and effects on employees in the workplace. The practical part of this thesis is based on a survey which examines the impact of stress on work performance of employees and the effects of individual stressors in the workplace.
