The diploma thesis examines the level of services provided on the real estate market in the Czech Republic. Primary research using the mystery shopping method is applied to selected properties, which specifically focuses on the city of Brno. The practical part also includes a questionnaire survey among clients and personal interviews with real estate agency managers. After evaluating the research, based on the findings, tools and recommendations leading to the improvement of the current state are proposed.
The Proposal for the Business Model Development for a Retailer Operating on the Local market

The master thesis is focused on the development of the business model of a retail unit operating in the cycling industry. The theoretical part deals with retail. strategic development, business model including analytical and research methods. The analytical part contains the identification of critical factors within the assessment of the current situation of the company in the context of the internal and external environment on the local market and the evaluation of the results of primary and secondary research. Based on the evaluation of the results of the analytical part, an extended business model will be developed following the goal of covering costs and bridging the seasonality of the cycling industry, including the calculation of design costs, financing and benefits arising from the development of the business model.
The Reverse Logistics in the Selected Company

The bachelor's thesis deals with reverse logistics in a selected branch of a franchise company which is the market leader in the given segment. I examined various logistics processes taking place in several selected departments. Based on research and analysis I subsequently proposed appropriate measures to streamline reverse logistics and minimize waste generated. I focused on describing of the company's branch, which is followed by an analysis of the current state of logistics processes in selected departments. I used the data obtained within my study stay. Furthermore, I designed and organized research using the methods of "mystery shopping", personal interviews and my own observation. Based on the analysis I carried out and my own research I proposed a set of measures that will lead to improve the efficiency of reverse logistics to minimize the negative impacts of the company's activities on the environment and increase customer satisfaction.

Klusáková, K. Proposal to increase the competitiveness of small wine shop. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. This Bachelor thesis suggests a proposal for increasing the competitiveness of a small wine shop in the city of Tišnov. Internal and external environmental analysis was used for the creation of the present work. In addition to determining the actual market situation, a survey and mystery shopping was conducted. The importance of the individual factors was evaluated using the Fuller triangles. Finally, a competitiveness strategy was chosen according to Porter, and the most important proposal was economically expressed.

Ttitle: Marketing research comparing fitness centers in Sedlčany Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is to determine the quality of services offered in two fitness centers that operate in the town of Sedlčany. This is the PeVan Gym and Vltavan Fitness Center. Method: In this bachelor thesis, the methods of a qualitative questionnaire with a combination of so-called mystery shopping were used. The methods will then be used to evaluate the data that will contribute to recommend improvements to the services and offers of these fitness centers. This work will draw from both primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained using a qualitative questionnaire, which was conducted with visitors to the surveyed fitness centers. Results: The result of the work is a comparison of data obtained from qualitative research and mystery shopping. Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company

The main goal of the final work are proposals in the field of human resources management in the company Víno Sýkora s.r.o. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the focus of the work was mainly on the analysis of jobs, motivation of employees and their further education. The selected relevant methods that were used for data collection were the analysis of internal documents and interviews with the company's employees. Among the key proposals that appear to be appropriate for improving the current situation, staff training and the creation of a new department have been developed.

This diploma thesis focuses on comparison of selected competing companies on the Polish market and recommendation for the selected company called Kolštejn wellness center with the goal of regaining Polish clients. The company provides hospitality and provision of wellness services as is visible from the company name. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part describes goals, methods and processing procedures. At the same time it is dedicated to the theoretical background of the thesis which is necessary for correct understanding and comprehension of the issue. Second part contains the application of the findings. Based on provided research and identified facts, concrete proposals and recommendations for improving the situation in the last part of the thesis.

The thesis deals with the improvement of services and selected tools of marketing mix of LIFT and FIT using the mystery shopping method in LIFT and FIT and their direct competitors. The first part of this thesis deals with the theoretical concepts that are closely related to this thesis, followed by the characteristics of the company. The analytical part deals with the analysis of the 5 P's and the research conducted and then it is evaluated using the SWOT matrix approach. Based on the analysis and the research conducted, the last part of the thesis will propose recommendations for improving the services and selected tools of the company's marketing mix.

The thesis describes the types of services, customer satisfaction, communication with the customer, marketing research and the mystery shopping and why it is good to use this method. There are also listed and described mystery shopping techniques, who and where they are used. The practical part deals with the analysis of the mystery shopping data that is performed in the selected company. Based on their quality, the data are subjected to a critical analysis and, depending on the results found, recommendations are given on how to avoid or prevent future weaknesses.
