Závěrečná bakalářská práce se zabývá reverzní logistikou ve vybrané pobočce franšízové společnosti, která je lídrem trhu daného segmentu. V práci zkoumám vybraná oddělení z pohledu různých logistických procesů. Na základě výzkumu a analýz jsem následně navrhla vhodná opatření k zefektivnění reverzní logistiky a minimalizace vzniklých odpadů. Zaměřila jsem se na popsání pobočky společnosti, na kterou navazuje analýza aktuálního stavu logistických procesů ve vybraných odděleních. V analýzách vycházím ze získaných dat z daných pracovišť a práce na daných pracovištích během mé odborné praxe. Dále jsem navrhla a zorganizovala výzkum pomocí metod „mystery shopping“ a vlastního pozorování. Na základě provedených analýz a vlastního výzkumu jsem navrhla soubor opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení efektivity reverzní logistiky, minimalizaci negativních dopadů činnosti společnosti na životní prostředí a zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků. The bachelor's thesis deals with reverse logistics in a selected branch of a franchise company which is the market leader in the given segment. I examined various logistics processes taking place in several selected departments. Based on research and analysis I subsequently proposed appropriate measures to streamline reverse logistics and minimize waste generated. I focused on describing of the company's branch, which is followed by an analysis of the current state of logistics processes in selected departments. I used the data obtained within my study stay. Furthermore, I designed and organized research using the methods of "mystery shopping", personal interviews and my own observation. Based on the analysis I carried out and my own research I proposed a set of measures that will lead to improve the efficiency of reverse logistics to minimize the negative impacts of the company's activities on the environment and increase customer satisfaction.
