System of Education in Selected Organization and Suggestion for Development

The bachelor thesis is focused on educational system in the company VÚHŽ, a. s. My thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part of the work describes the basic concepts of employee training. In second part I am presenting the company and I am analyzing current state of emloyee training. The third part of thesis is focused on proposals for improvement in education field.
Use of coaching as an educational method in business organizations

Considering the frequent and fast changes, technology development, new processes and globalization, education becomes more and more important. It impacts not only individuals but also organizations that need to have high quality employees who will be able to react to the changes and adapt to new conditions. To ensure process effectiveness, it is necessary to select appropriate educational methods when educating employees. This thesis deals with coaching, and its aim is to evaluate the possibility of using coaching as an educational method in business organization. In the theoretical part, the comparative and content-analysis methods were used and in the empirical part the data were collected through questionnaire and semi-structured and unstructured interviews. Research was executed among employees of business organizations, human resources personnel and managers who had experience with coaching. It was supplemented by an interview with a professional coach who provides coaching in organizations. The goal of the survey was to identify benefits of coaching for employee education and to detect its potential constraints. Development of creative skills of managers This graduation thesis deals with the creativity of managers as an essential condition to increase the productivity of a business. The first part of my thesis looks at the concept of creativity, including the concept of creativity as a process and complex of abilities. Apart from the above-stated, it contains a description of a biological-psychosocial model of creativity. The first part concludes that creativity development is possible. The second part of my thesis focuses on the issues of manager creativity and its importance. Attention is paid to internal and external barriers of creativity which can be removed to some degree by using the training methods of a lecturer and individual techniques of a manager. The end of my thesis shows a list of basic conditions of creativity development in an organisation. This knowledge can be used by lecturers training adults, managers or HR staff members.
Designing a Solution for the Problematics of new Employee Induction in the Remand Prison Prague-Ruzyně

Fast and high quality implementation of adaptation process in an organisation is beneficial not only for the organisation, but also for its new employees. Managing such adaptation process is beneficial for the organisation mainly after the employee has achieved an adequate level in their work performance. From the employee's point of view fast and high-quality adaptation improves competency and accelerates learning processes. This thesis focuses on reviewing the existing process of adaptation of new employees in the Remand Prison Prague-Ruzyně by means of searching obstacles that can slow down or impede this process. The theoretical part deals with an introduction into human resources management and focuses on company learning and development, its methods and forms. It also defines the following terms: adaptation process, adaptation and orientation in the relation towards new employees in the organisation. Development of soft skills trainers competencies: creating educational concepts

This thesis is devoted to the theme of the development of competencies of soft skills trainers. A special attention has been paid to the various roles that a trainer has when performing his/her job and the related competencies that are essential for high-quality mastering of this profession. The focal points are the possibilities of development of trainers' teaching competence within formal and informal education that a trainer has during preparatory as well as further education of trainers with special emphasis on the methods that can be employed to achieve this education. The empiric part of this thesis maps the ways of acquiring trainer's competencies as they occur in practice, their connection with further professional development. At the same time it verifies the suitability of the methods that are used to develop competencies. Based on the analysis of information provided by the respondents and study of relevant literature, a methodological concept of education of a trainer has been developed.
Analysis of the management system of continuing professional education in health care

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the system of further professional education management monitoring the process of adaptation of employees - nurses from Ukraine in Thomayer Hospital. Thomayer Hospital is directly run by the Ministry of Health and is a state health facility. There is a great deal of emphasis on employee education, so there is a trend to have education centers in hospitals that serve to prepare graduates or other employees for a successful career in their chosen field. It is possible to deepen the knowledge and skills of lifelong learning and now also serves to educate nurses from Ukraine. The lack of nurses is a hot topic today and the change in education has not solved this critical situation. One way to tackle the critical lack of nurses is to find them in countries with similar cultures and languages. One of these countries is Ukraine, which is geographically close. The Ministry of Health was involved in the project of the Ministry of Industry and Trade "Special Procedures for Highly Qualified Employees from Ukraine." Strategic approach to employeee training

This diploma thesis deals with the strategic approach to employee training in an organization providing consultancy in the field of technical engineering and technical and economic consulting. Employee education and development is managed by a parent company based in the UK, and the company, aware of the achievement of the organization's strategy and vision, places a lot of emphasis on education. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the employee training strategy as one of the personnel activities leading to increasing the competitiveness of the organization and gaining a competitive advantage in the market. Understanding the importance of employees training is one of the basic aspects of an efficient organization and a well-defined strategy along with the HR strategy and, last but not least, the corporate education strategy leads to satisfaction both on the part of the organization and on the human resources side. Further education of secondary school pedagogic workers in the Central Bohemia region

The present thesis focuses on further education of pedagogical personnel at high schools in Central Bohemia Region. The aim of this thesis is to explore, whether the teaching staff continue with their education. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is split into two chapters which offer definitions of key words and explain the basic terms closely related to further education of pedagogical personnel. The following chapter describes the implementation of further education of pedagogical personnel, educational methods and tools. The theoretical part also deals with gaining financial sources for further education. The practical part of the thesis is split into two chapters employing the method of questionnaire survey which was sent to the teaching staff in the Central Bohemia Region. This method was used to explore the motivation of pedagogical personnel to continue their education, and to monitor the conditions for their education. In the conclusion, the thesis adverts to several recommendations arising from the questionnaire survey.
