Deputy Director - possible Level to the Position of Director

This thesis deals with the application of approaches in current practice that consider the performance of the Deputy Director as an appropriate or necessary precondition for the future performance of the school principal or the school facility. This work investigates current approaches that are applied in practice by founders, directors and deputy directors of schools and school facilities. The work is based on the study of available literature and applicable laws in the Czech Republic. At the same time, it draws on international approaches currently applied in the field. The research was conducted through questionnaires and investigations of implementations in the selection of future directors. In addition, respondents' views of founders and directors of the inclusion conditions of the Deputy Director of the insolvency proceedings. Also, respondents' views on the possible acquisition of management skills by the acting deputy director were examined. The analysis of the research describes the state determined and recommends possible solutions for the questions in the next period with emphasis on the potential increase in the quality of the Czech education system.

Selection procedure for the position of school direktor in Central Bohemia Region

The bachelor thesis Selection procedure for the position of school director in Central Bohemia Region is focused on examining the situation in this region due to the realized open competitions for the post of headmaster. The work examines and compares the views of different target groups and is trying to detect shifts in attitude caused by the amendment to the Education Act. The work is intended for headmasters, school founders and the general public, who may be concerned in the selection processes. The important part of the thesis is a summary of information regarding the current legislative framework, new regulatory changes and their impact on the selection processes for the position of school director. The work includes both quantitative and qualitative data concerning the open competitions which took place in the Central Bohemia Region after 1/1/2012. The case study covers the views of various parties involved in the selection procedure. This research aims to deepen the knowledge within this area. In the thesis, there are described different aspects of selection process, and there are mentioned possible areas where the approach to the selection of a headmaster may be improved in the future. Relations between the Municipalities as Founders of Schools and their Management, especially in Terms of Financing

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of the quality of mutual relations between the municipalities as founders of nursery and primary schools and their management, especially in terms of financing. It is concerned with the interaction on the elementary level, issuing from the legal regulations, as well as on the facultative - above standard - level. It deals with the headmasters' financial rights and duties. It draws on the related managerial functions and competences of the highest school management. It is based on the theoretical facts, practical knowledge and the research on this issue. The purpose of the thesis is to decide, whether the mutual relations between the municipalities and their nursery and primary schools in the Central Bohemian Region, district of Kutná Hora, should be viewed as high-quality/adequate in terms of financing and related aspects. The relations are analysed through the quantitative research and the findings point out towards the low-quality/inadequate interaction in the examined area. They draw attention to mutual drawbacks and insufficient activity in the development of appropriate relations in terms of financing. Criteria for selecting the director Art School in the Pilsen region

THE SUMMARY: This bachelor thesis deals with the survey and comparisons of the criteria often used by the founders of Primary Art Schools for the selection of headmasters in Plzen region. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to confirm or disclaim the research hypothesis whether the founders have predetermined criteria for the selection of headmasters. One of the partial aims was to find out if the questioned founders took a set of concrete legislative frame of required criteria for the selection of the headmasters into account. The second partial aim describes the founder's opinion of the issue considering the headmaster's requirements to obtain manager education before their office ingression in the region. The next part deals with the comparison of research results between the regional and municipal founders. The thesis is based on the theoretical part of the human resources management, the founder's authority and the headmaster's authority model. The empirical part displays the research outcomes, which are based on a questionnaire survey and additional interviews. Jiří Trunda ABSTRACT: This thesis analyzes the current criteria for evaluating the work of kindergarten headmasters. The criteria were created by community representatives as founders of the kindergarten. The thesis also focuses on identifying indicators leading to the fulfillment of the evaluation criteria. Monitoring headmasters views on the current criteria, which they are valued, is the part of research. Through the analysis criteria, surveys and informal interviews with representatives of the founders and headmasters the deficiencies in the structure and list of criteria were found. The research has shown inconsistency and formality outlined evaluation criteria with absence of their indicators. Based on the findings was recommended evaluation criteria to include all areas of the kindergarten headmasters. Indicators, that show the way to meet the criteria, were also suggested. TITLE: Analysis of operating costs in primary schools according to the details of selected metropolitan districts on the territory of the capital city of Prague. AUTHOR: Eva Štrobachová ABSTRACT: In my final paper I focused on the analysis of operating costs in primary schools according to the details of selected metropolitan districts between 2008 and 2010. The theoretical part introduces and describes the status of education within the public sector, defines the concept of an organization receiving contributions from the State budget and describes the way of financing the organization by its founder. It also mentions the relevant laws. Attention is paid to the question of establishing criteria of rationality of costs for submitting proposals of operating budget by school directors to the founder. The aim of this bachelor's paper is to compare the structure of operating costs in primary schools, monitoring of the indicators, the procedure and system of distributing contributions from the founder of the schools as well as to suggest possible solutions leading to a higher effectiveness of drawing up operating budgets of primary schools. Church Kindergarten Management

This bachelor thesis focuses on the management of church kindergarten (CK). It deals with the specifics of the CK and differences due to the municipal kindergarten. The aim is to compare sub-areas of management of CK and municipal kindergartens. Based on this I would like to find out whether there are differences between church kindergarten and municipal kindergartens management. The work should expand the awareness of professionals and managers and to facilitate the orientation of the church kindergarten, especially for beginners. Legislation looks at religious schools like private schools, but it is a separate category. In the practical part completion of a questionnaire and guided interview was chosen as the research method. The research focuses on the differences in the areas of local church nursery and municipal kindergarten management. Another endpoint is the view of managers on the church kindergarten. Since these differences are mainly legislative this is rather supplement to the theoretical part, where differences and specific have already been revealed.
