Závěrečná bakalářská práce Konkurzní řízení na pozici ředitele školy ve Středočeském kraji je zaměřena na zkoumání situace v tomto kraji vzhledem k realizovaným konkurzům na obsazení míst ředitelů škol. Práce zkoumá a komparuje názory různých cílových skupin a hledá názorové posuny ovlivněné novelou školského zákona. Práce je určena pro ředitele škol, zřizovatele škol a veřejnost, které se problematika konkurzních řízení ve školství dotýká. Předmětem práce je souhrn informací týkající se stávajícího legislativního rámce, nových zákonných změn a jejich dopadu na konkurzní řízení na pozici ředitele školy. Práce obsahuje kvantitativní údaje i kvalitativní údaje o konkurzních řízeních ve Středočeském kraji po 1. 1. 2012. V případové studii jsou zachyceny názory různých stran, kterých se konkurzní řízení přímo týká. Cílem práce je přispět k rozšíření poznání v této oblasti. Práce pohlíží na různé aspekty výběrových řízení, nastiňuje oblasti, kde je možnost, jak postup při výběru vedoucího pracovníka do budoucna zkvalitnit. Závěry jsou využitelné pro případná srovnání obdobných šetření a jako spektrum zjištěných názorů pro případné změny v realizaci konkurzů do budoucna. The bachelor thesis Selection procedure for the position of school director in Central Bohemia Region is focused on examining the situation in this region due to the realized open competitions for the post of headmaster. The work examines and compares the views of different target groups and is trying to detect shifts in attitude caused by the amendment to the Education Act. The work is intended for headmasters, school founders and the general public, who may be concerned in the selection processes. The important part of the thesis is a summary of information regarding the current legislative framework, new regulatory changes and their impact on the selection processes for the position of school director. The work includes both quantitative and qualitative data concerning the open competitions which took place in the Central Bohemia Region after 1/1/2012. The case study covers the views of various parties involved in the selection procedure. This research aims to deepen the knowledge within this area. In the thesis, there are described different aspects of selection process, and there are mentioned possible areas where the approach to the selection of a headmaster may be improved in the future.
