This diploma thesis deals with risks and problems included in maketing activities of company Prefa a.s. focused on „Prefa Dekor“. Theoretical outcomes of the thesis are focused on scientific knowledge and terms in the marketing area, risks included in choosing marketing activities, trade area, risk analysis and identification of risks. Business Plan

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a realistic and applicable business plan for a new business – a forest nursery. The diploma work is divided into four main parts. Part one describes the objective and methodology of work. Followed by the second part, a theoretical one, in which the theoretical knowledge and the starting point needed to create the business plan are described and explained. In the third part, I analysed, with help of the theoretical knowledge, the current market situation and the internal and external business environment. The last part includes suggestions for the business plan and is closed with a final summary and recommendations, which should contribute to the establishment and to the further development of the firm in the future.
Customers satisfaction with the offer of the ski resorts services

Title: Customers satisfaction with the offer of the ski resorts services Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is the determination of customers' satisfaction with the ski resorts services and to suggest an improvement on the basis of the results. The thesis' main aim is to analyse not only customers' satisfaction with the particular services and ski resorts facilities, but also the level of services' importance within the whole offer provided by the ski resort. The results from different ski resorts are subsequently compared. Methods: The thesis utilises the quantity research performed via electronic questionnaire. The particular services are evaluated by scale, which determinates the weight of the service. The hypotheses are verified by the correlational analysis. In case of comparison of results the comparative method is used. Results: The result of the thesis is the determination of the customers' satisfaction with the ski resorts services, determination of the importance of particular services and comparison of the results between the ski resorts. Analysis of competition in the services market

The thesis deals with the analysis of market competition hairdressing services, concretely with analysis of three salons which provide hairdressing services in the Centre of Prague. Preliminary I present and define key terms that play basic role in the analysis of competition in the chosen field (competition, the specifics of hairdressing market, the specifics of consumer behavior). To make my own research I elected standards that influence customers when they choose a hairdressing salon, and I created questionnaire. During valuation I commented point gains. Total score were used to to evaluate the competitive position of hairdressing salons in the market.
A Tool for Support of an Optimal Company Strategy Choice

This thesis deals with an optimal strategy choice of a company. The issues of products and services, marketing and mainly strategic management with emphasis on optimal strategy choice of a company are described in theoretical part. There are introduced fundamental methods of internal and external strategic analysis. With use of mentioned facts a program for support of strategic management is proposed. This program is aiming to make well structured and quantifiable methods of strategic analysis easier and more clear, based on which it is possible to define and choose an optimal strategy of a company.
