An Analysis of Motivation and a Proposal of a Motivational Program for the Company Stuha Ltd.

The thesis is associated with the analysis of motivation and a proposal of the motivational program in the company STUHA Ltd., which mainly proceed from the questionnaire and labor market analysis. The attention is especially dedicated to finding needs of the employees from which the motivation of current and potential employees is unrolled and primarily to arrange for arrival of the new qualified labour force in the textile industry.

The purpose of this work is to understand and improve the issue of sorting parcels in the company Česká pošta s.p. The work presents the technology and handling equipment used in the operations of the Czech Post s.p. Furthermore, the work focuses on the workplace of manual sorting of consignments, where employees are at risk of musculoskeletal diseases. The knowledge gained from this work offers the opportunity to increase the quality of sorting and better protection of employees' health. These results can be applied to the entire company Česká pošta s.p.
General Nurses satisfaction with the working facilities at the hospital

This thesis deals with the topic of general nurses ' satisfaction with the working environment in hospitals. The aim of the research was to find out if nurses are satisfied with the working environment in hospitals and whether there is any difference among nurses working in state and non-state medical institutions. The satisfaction of nurses is influenced by various external and internal factors. Internal factors are determined by individual personality, age, gender, ability to manage stress, or also his/her current psychological state of mind. As for external factors they are determined by the working environment itself. It is the team, the ability to communicate, physical factors, biological factors, compliance with the principles of safety and hygiene, or also the equipment of individual departments. The financial budget of individual medical institutions is also important.
Company remuneration system and innovation

The theme of this thesis is "The system of a remuneration of employees in a chosen organization and innovation". The aim is to evaluate the current system of remuneration in the selected company and to provide drafts possible innovations. The diploma thesis contains two parts. The first part of the thesis is the theoretical section. This part defines basic concepts in the field of remuneration. It focuses on system of remuneration, total remuneration and innovation. The second part is the practical part. This section describes chosen organization and the system of remuneration in this company. The organization wanted to be anonymous in this thesis. The data was obtained by means of a questionnaire survey. A chosen segment of employees took part in the survey. The results are shown in graphs. This thesis contains suggestions for innovation. Innovation proposals should improve the company's remuneration system.
The Analysis of the Organizational Culture in a Company

The Bachelor thesis is based on the analysis of organizational culture in Löttco company, which is an engineering business. The aim of this work is to study a current situation of the organizational culture, to compare it with the literary theory and then to analyse it in the business. It is necessary to examine the existing working environment, values, standards and the rules through the interview process with the management and current employees. A subsequent research is a questionnaire survey, which forms the basis for quantitative evaluation of the organizational culture. The analysis of the organizational culture illustrates how important part of company it is, how it influences the pace of work and the long-term sustainability of the business in the market. In the company there were detected some defects of the culture, the possibilities of changes were suggested for rising a healthy working environment.
"Good" and "bad" relationships at a workplace: A Study of a Czech firm

This thesis deals with interpersonal relationships at a workplace. Its aim is to analyze the interrelationships of the selected company and map out subjective interpretations in the terms of employee relations. For these purposes the author uses interviewing techniques through interviews and observations, and based on their findings, she draws conclusions relating to both horizontal and vertical level relationships in the organization. The author formulates a positive and negative form of relationship through testimonies of respondents. She finds the differences between people preferring formal or informal dimension of the employment relationship, and at the same time she reveals several kinds of different strategies that people use in an effort of harmonious getting on at the workplace, both in the terms of prevention of bad relations and in connection with the intervention and the solution of the situation that has been problematic. The results show how "good" and "bad" relationships at the workplace are perceived through the eyes of respondents, nevertheless what is not confirmed, is the presumption that the negative form of relations will be most often represented by mobbing or sexual harassment at the workplace. 3 The bachelor thesis Trends in working conditions is focused on current tendencies in the area of working conditions, especially on the trend of democratization in organizations. The thesis analyzes this phenomenon, because it has not been described in association with working conditions enough. The main goal is to ascertain the reasons of growth of this phenomenon, its essence and the way it is realized. The reasons and the context of the formation and the growth are desribed according to surveys in a field of working satisfaction and can be also found in theories of working motivation. The essence is explained according to the authorities in this field. The emphasis is on the relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions. Every aspect of working conditions is described in detail, especially focused on the trends of democratization. The analysis is based on the examples of realization in real organizations. These examples can be found in whole thesis, related to the currently discussed topics. In general, the thesis strives for widening of existing knowledge with complex analysis of relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions. Psychosocial and organizational factors in nursing in selected non-governmental bed care institution.

The bachelor thesis "Psychosocial and Organizational Factors in Nursing in Selected Non- Governmental Bed Care Institutions" focuses on how nurses in non-state health care institutions perceive and evaluate the working environment and the conditions in which they provide nursing care. A positive assessment of the work environment has a significant impact on the quality and safety of the care provided. The work has a common structure composed of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part provides a brief overview of the psychosocial and organizational factors that affect nursing work. Attention is paid not only to mental and physical burden, but also to organizational factors. The empirical part includes self-examination and presentation of results. The aim was to evaluate the results of our own investigation and to compare it with the results of previously conducted studies in the United States of America, Australia, Denmark and Portugal.
