This diploma thesis deals with motivation and remuneration system in a selected company. The thesis is constucted into three parts. In the first theoretical part, there is a literature search done. This should lead to a better understandment of the topic. The second part is devoted to the introduction of the company, description of the current state of the remuneration and motivation system, as well as data collection using a questionnaire survey. In the last part, the results are evaluated and recommendations for the company are constructed.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on evaluating the motivation system and proposing changes to this system in the company ANNOVINO VINAŘSTVÍ LEDNICE s.r.o., using quantitative research methodology. The thesis is divided into a theoretical, analytical, and design part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to motivation, reward system, overall rewards, and the distribution of employee generations. The second part contains an analysis of the current motivational system of the selected company. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey to determine employee satisfaction with the current motivational program. Based on this information, in the conclusion of the thesis, I propose 9 possible suggestions to improve the current system, which could increase employee satisfaction in the future.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on identification and solution of problems connected with the management of payroll accounting in the company Alsico Czechia. Effective payroll organization and administration is a key factor in maintaining the financial stability of the organization and ensuring employee satisfaction. The thesis covers basic concepts of employee remuneration, labor law relations, forms of employee remuneration and employee benefits. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the processing of the personnel and salary agenda in the selected company. In the practical part, the thesis analyses the payroll costs of the company, using data from profit and loss statements from various years. This section also includes the calculation of net salary for employees working in this company. To achieve the goal, a questionnaire survey is used in this work, which focuses on the evaluation and satisfaction system of employees Based on the results of the given analysis and questionnaire survey, practical solutions were proposed that correspond to the specific conditions of the given company. The company provides its employees with a high contribution to meals, which can be reduced and save a significant amount of funds. These financial resources can be utilized to implement a Cafeteria system, which would be more beneficial for the employees.
Payroll system and employee benefits in a selected company

This bachelor thesis focuses on the payroll system and employee benefits in the selected accounting unit. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the wage and employee benefits system and to propose measures that could optimize wage costs and improve employee satisfaction. The thesis firstly focuses on explaining the basic concepts related to this topic from a theoretical point of view and then these theoretical findings are applied in the practical part of the thesis to the selected accounting unit. Based on the analysis of the payroll system, the employee benefits system and other analyses in the accounting unit, and especially from the questionnaire survey conducted, certain measures for improving the current situation of the accounting unit are proposed. These suggestions are calculated in the work, and the effect of adding various benefits on the employee's wage and on the employer's wage costs is examined. By using employee benefits, the tax liability and therefore the wage cost on the employer's side can be optimized and the tax impact on the employee can be reduced. The different proposals are compared and finally a new system of employee benefits is proposed which is more beneficial for both the employee and the employer. The results of the work can help the selected accounting unit to improve its remuneration system and increase employee satisfaction.
Employee benefits - accounting and financial perspective.

The aim of this paper is to characterize the costs associated with the provision of employee benefits and their tax burden on the employer and employee. Accounting perspective and implications for the financial stability of the company. The theoretical part deals with the remuneration of employees, including the contributions due to them under the Labour Code. Employee benefits and their tax savings for the employee and the employer. Finally, it examines the international treatment of employee benefits under IAS 19, which is part of the IFRS international reporting framework. In the practical part, a selected business entity is analysed, the share of its sub-costs in the total. For the selected entity, the costs associated with providing benefits to its employees over and above salary are also addressed. Employee satisfaction is examined through a questionnaire and suggestions for changes are determined from the results.
