Multipurpose Hall Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to develop project documentation for the study of the multipurpose sports hall in Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou, which follows the courses AG035 and AG036. There is now a newly built sports oval on the plot, and the task was to design a sports hall on the same plot, which will have a greater functional use. The bachelor's thesis contains documentation for building permits and implementation documentation. The new building has a rectangular floor plan, but consists of two units separated by expansion joint. One unit is a sports hall and the other unit is the administrative part, where there are facilities for athletes and visitors, a smaller exercise hall, gym, cafeteria with facilities and a caretaker's flat. In the vicinity of the building, handling and parking areas were not solved, because they are solved outside the plot. Only paved areas for pedestrians and greenery were solved.

The bachelor thesis deals with the new building of Car centre VW GROUP in Brno. District Brno-Brněnské Ivanovice Kastanova street. B.p.n 50/1, 51/1, 52, 53, 54, 55/1, 55/2, 55/3, 55/4. In cadastral area it is led as Brownfields under number 0201 by the city of Brno. It has a triangular shape with an area of 1.3 hectares and master plan is for blended areas. It is located on the Kastanova street and it is currently accessible from this street. From the eastern side it is bordered by a protective zone of river Svratka. The surrounding area is built up with administrative, industrial and commercial buildings. The building is situated in the north part of the area. It is designed as single building divided to one floor carservice and showroom with two floors. Presentation, sales, after-warranty and postwarranty servicing cars Volkswagen.
Autocentrum Brno VW

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to create the documentation for building permit and documentation for the construction of the building, which is based on a previously elaborated study under the subject AG33 - Production Structures. This is a project of the carcentre Volkswagen Group in Brno-Zábrdovice. The assigned building site is located on a flat land and is bordered by the streets Cejl, Jana Svobody, blocks of flats and the river Svitava. The carcentre consists of three functional units - a showroom, a spare parts shop and a garage. Within the framework of the bachelor thesis, a showroom was developed. Compared to the garage it is architecturally more interesting because it is used for the exhibition of VW group cars and it should be interesting for passers-by. At the same time there is a warehouse of the spare parts because of the direct contact of the goods with the showroom and the garage. The object is hallway type, two-storey, non-cellar. There are a passenger lift and a car lift for the exhibition of cars on the 2nd floor. The supporting structure is a steel framing, supplemented with reinforcing elements. The skeleton is based on reinforced concrete beads and interlocked piles due to unstable subsoil. The building is covered with a single-layer flat roof, which is carried by steel girder beams. The casing is made up of Kingspan facade panels, fitted with a perforated stainless steel plate. From the south side (Cejl Street), the facade is made up of a Schüco glass facade system.

This bachelor thesis deals with documentation for gaining building permit approval and documentation for building aquarium factory. Thesis is based on earlier created AG032 course study. Popovice is located in Uherské Hradiště county, this parcel of land is located near south border of the county. The estate is flat and relatively narrow; therefore, the shape of the estate has influenced the placement of individual objects. The estate is near railroad station. Because of the near highway E55, the supply and dispatch accessibility is good. The factory is divided into four above-ground objects that are mutually dilated according to the production requirements. All objects do not possess a cellar. The first object is located in the southern part of the estate. In the first object there is a product showroom and administrative section with employee facilities. Due to showroom’s atypical shape, this object is partially made of reinforced concrete and partially made of Porotherm system construction blocks. The production hall is located behind this object. The access to the production hall is possible with a truck, also it is possible to manipulate heavy blocks of glass with a crane. The manufacturing process of glueing has high demands for light, therefore, the object is equipped with roof belt light well and large glass walls. This production hall is connected to waste storage unit in the east side and wood processing building on the north side. Also, there are technological facilities for both objects. The supply and dispatch area is located between the main production hall, waste storage unit and wood processing building. The construction system of production objects is skeleton, prefabricated and based on monolithic nibs. The light wells and roof are made of steel. Waste storage unit’s load-bearing system is made of bricks. Kingspan white colour facade panels are the main connecting elements throughout the whole factory. Gmont Cable s.r.o., cable manufacturing plant

The bachelor thesis deals with the drawing of the industrial plant, namely the work is focused on the part of the administrative and the employees' background. The assignment of the atelier work is a newly built factory of Gmont Cable s.r.o., which is focused on the production and installation of cable harnesses, cables and conductors. The proposed object will contribute to the growth of the company, which is constantly developing and increasing its capacity. An ambitious investor also includes further product development by cooperating with Brno R & D institutions. The object is designed in rectangular shapes that copy the plot and the surrounding area of the industrial zone. The building is divided into two parts, a two-storey office building with facilities for employees and a production hall. Both of these objects are at the same height level that are joined together in the western part. From the eastern side, these two objects divide the half-closed atrium, which is open to Těžební Street. Thanks to regular column rafters, the entire building is designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton, covered with kingspan sandwich panels and a partially glazed facade made of profiled glass call profilit that illuminates the entire interior of the building. The entire building is wheelchair accessible and offers plenty of space for both staff and visitors to park.

The topic of the diploma thesis is a urban-architectural study of a large polyfunctional area, which includes the revitalization of brownfield at the edge of the rural headquarters. The aim of the work was to design a commercial and administrative building with accommodation and catering possibilities, mostly focused on the company's employee. The idea of a rectangular equivalence - a simple shape in which a geometric department is incorporated. The facade material solution includes cembrit patina inline facade boards, in this way the facade administrative object interague with facades of production facilities. Also in the solved territory designed 5 multi - friend production / storage halls. Each hall consists of 5 ships, which will be possible to combine and create any large protor, according to the investor's requirements. The basic concept and main division of mass is inspired by surround small-mounted buildings with saddle roofs. The resolved area is located in a slow slope, objects located by layers. For the main entry into the area, the existing entry, which is located on the southern edge of the solved territory, remains. A parking lot is designed behind the entry, which will be used as parking for employees and visitors. Cultural areas with service communications are designed in the southern part of the solved territory. In the north-east, a recreation area is designed according to the territorial plan. A new entry and construction of family houses with a seat roof is designed in this part.

This diploma thesis deals with design of office building with warehouse. The buildings are situated on slightly sloping terrain in cadastre unit of Sudoměřice u Tábora. Both buildings have rectangular shape and are connected with two sides. The Alemat s.r.o. company is internet shop, predominately with electronics. In the office building is also showroom where are some products will be shown. The warehouse will serve for receipt and issue of goods and to store them. The perimeter walls of office building is designed from ceramic block thickness of 250mm, for example Heluz Family 25. The walls will be insulated with 200mm of expanded polystyrene. The foundation construction is designed as foundation strips from plain concrete and permanent formwork brick filled with concrete and reinforced with steel. The ceiling construction is designed as prestressed panels thickness of 250mm. The roof is flat with main hydro isolation made of plasticized PVC foil loaded with pea gravel. The main construction of warehouse will be made of steel frames. The exterior skin of the warehouse will form panels Kingspan thickness of 140mm. The foundation construction is designed as monolithic foundation pads. Between the pads will be monolith grade beams. The roof is designed also from Kingspan panels. To the panel will be mechanically fastened plasticized PVC foil. Roof drainage is designed to rain gutters.
