Optimization of recycled concrete materials from precast concrete elements and their characteristics for building information model

The dissertation thesis deals with the use of recycled concrete aggregates obtained from deconstructed parts of a precast panels’ apartment building. Furthermore, the work presents an optimization supplier-logistics algorithm to achieve a wider application of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) in structural concrete in a new building. As part of the newly developed optimization algorithm of ready-mixed concrete suppliers, non-graphical data from the building information model (BIM) were intensively used. The work also addresses the transfer of data from and back to the information model and the definition of characteristics needed to optimize the entire process. At the theoretical level, the work deals with a comprehensive literature review of the above-mentioned fields. The experimental part of the work is focused on materials research carried out in order to verify the suitability of a particular type of RAC for structural use. The work introduces the procedures and test results of two types of recycled aggregates and then presents a range of recycled concrete recipes with partial replacement of aggregates for RCAs, obtained from prefabricated panels of high-rise buildings. The gained test results show the technical suitability of the tested RCA sources for producing medium-strength structural RAC. A significant part of the analytically oriented experimental part of the work is the logistic optimization scenario with its own matrix-based discrete algorithm and economic graphical evaluation. The case study examines the relevance of the proposed algorithm on a real scenario, namely the construction of the scientific technology institute CEITEC in Brno. Furthermore, the work summarizes the issue of BIM and presents a methodology for handling non-graphical information of the building model to define the characteristics of recycled concrete in buildings. Solution of construction-technological phase of substructure of the hotel building in Brno

The construction of the carcass substructure of the recreation center in Brno-Kníničky is addressed in this bachelor's thesis. It is a three-storey building in which the foundations are made of waterproof concrete structure. The text part of the thesis contains a technological regulation, quality control inspection and test plan, machinery set, technical report of construction site equipment, technical report for the technological project and occupational health and safety plan. The appendix part deals with the construction site plan, the schemes of construction machines tracking, budget as well as gantt's schedule.
Solution of the construction-technological phase of the substructure of the fire station building in Brno

The bachelor's thesis deals with the technological phase of the substructure of the fire station. It is a four-storey building without a basement, which is located on a sloped ground near the Brno dam. The individual floors are designed as receding with dominant terraces on the side of the dam. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with a system of waterproof concrete foundations supplemented by external waterproofing of PVC foil. The building is based on the base plate. The work contains a technical report of the object, a closer and broader situation of transport relations, a detailed statement of acreage, technological regulation for the implementation of the waterproof concrete foundation, drawing and report of construction site equipment, schedule, machine design, control and test plan, safety and health at work, then a variant assessment of construction machinery.
Construction technological project of the production and storage hall in Vlkoš u Kyjova

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a construction-technological project of the production and storage hall Ahorn CZ, s.r.o. As part of this work, technical report, study of the implementation of the main technological stages, project of the construction site equipment, time and financial plan of the construction, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, item budget and time schedule were prepared. Further the thesis contains two technological regulations and two control and test plans.

Theme of the diploma thesis is technical report of the technological project for apartment building Hroznatova – Brno - Zidenice, which will be realized on Hroznatova street. For object I prepare technical report of the technological project, studies of realization main technological phases, solution of wider transport relations, objects time and financial plan, time schedule, project for site facilities with drawing of four main technological phases, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, technological specification for realization of horizontal monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling construction, health and safety solutions for the solved construction, where I evaluate concreting ceilings, balance of workers and main machines, inspection and test plan for constructions from technological specification. As other assignment I make a itemized budget for Etics and ceiling construction, calculation according to THU and comparative truck crane with tower crane.
Construction technological project of the production hall in Sudoměřice

The subject of the diploma thesis is construction-technological solution for realization of the production hall with administrative part in Sudoměřice. Parts of the thesis are the technical report for the construction-technological project, a study of the realization of the main technological stages of the building, the solution of the wider transport route links, where I designed and assessed selected transport routes. The other parts of the diploma thesis are design of a site equipment with the technical report of the site equipment, design of the main building machines and mechanisms. The time and financial plans of objects are elaborated, followed by the detail time schedule of the realization of the main building obejct with a workers needs diagram and the item budget of the main building object with the bill of quantities. For the proces of the realization of the reiforced concrete prefabricated construction, the technological regulation for the assembly of elements with usability of the mobile crane, was made. In the diploma thesis, the technological regulation for the reiforced concrete cast-in-place columns and bond beams, was also prepared. Due to the high demands on the quality of the construction, the control and test plans for the assembly of the reiforced concrete prefabricated elements and for the cast-in-place columns and bond beams, were also prepared. Within the environmental protection, the requirements for the certification LEED 2009 Core & Shell, were processed.
Construction Project for Implementation of Multifunctional Building in Brno

The main subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technological project of preparation and realization multifunctional building in Brno on Trugeněvova street. It is a new construction of the main building. It provides a technical report on the construction technology project, transport relations for the transport of materials and machinery to the construction site, following technical report of construction site equipment, construction technology study, design of machinery and last but not least elaboration of technological regulation for the execution of monolithic structures. Furthermore, the chapters on health and safety protection at work on the construction site, as well as the LEED certification system and the financial and time plan of the selected stage are elaborated.
Preparation for the implementation of a prestressed bridge in Brno

The diploma thesis focuses on the preparation of technological project of a reconstruction of a road bridge in Brno in the district of Brno-Slatina. The reconstruction consists of replacement of the whole construction of the bridge except for the pile foundation. The reconstruction will be executed in two phases with consideration of keeping road traffic on the bridge. The bridge is designed of reinforced concrete with the deck constructed of prestressed prefabricated girders.

Theme of the diploma thesis is an elaboration of a building construction project for Pavilion F of the Elementary School in Šlapanice. This thesis deals with the engineering report for the construction technology project, the study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the building, solving broader transport relations with the design of the building supply, object time and financial plan, time schedule of the main construction object, project of the site facilities, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms for selected technological processes, technological regulation for the execution of monolithic constructions, control plan and test plan for the execution of monolithic constructions, the balance of workers and the deployment of main construction machinery and a health and safety plan for selected construction processes. In this diploma thesis, there are also construction calculation according to technological economic indicators, itemized budget of selected technological processes and formwork drawings.
Valuation Using Building Information Model

The aim of this diploma thesis is to appraise the construction using the BIM model with cost approach. The work deals with the introduction of BIM, a description of history, implementation and the need for BIM in construction. Furthermore, the work contains a description of valuation methods with a special focus on the cost approach. A 3D model of a family house was created for the purposes of the diploma thesis. The subject property was valued by several cost approach methods - appraisal using technical and economic indicators, item budget, cost approach in BIM. The thesis contains a description of the procedure for valuation using BIM and assessment of prices of all appraise methods.
