Title: Street workout as part of a healthy lifestyle. Objectives: The aim of the work is the analysis of strenghtening with own body weight and his inclusion through movement form street workout to regular physical aktivity as part of healthy lifestyle and prevent malfunctions in the area of the back muscles. Methods: Searches relevant scientific literature, articles and documents on the Internet. Results: Through the analysis of body weight training, it was found that street workout is under certain conditions, a suitable and attractive form of exercise that can be included among regular physical activities. This form of exercise together with the created stack of exercises could attract those interested in this type of physical activity not only because of its attractiveness and availability, but also as a prevention of a number of diseases related to the area of the back muscles. Influence of the Trunk stabilization training on non-specific back pain in extra-league volleyball player

Title: Influence of trunk stabilization training on non-specific back pain in extra-league volleyball players Objectives: Influence of non-specific back pain of extra-league volleyball player through torso stabilization training according to the method of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization. Methods: This is a qualitative case study research. The research uses the Young Spine Questionnaire, anamnesis, static and dynamic assessment of posture, examination of shortened and weakened muscles, testing of the deep stabilization system and the exercise of the compensation program. Results: Exercise according to the DNS concept (for 12 weeks) had a positive effect on the removal of back pain in the neck, chest and lumbar region. It increased the strength of the core stabilization and thus positively affected the position of the body in individual developmental positions. As part of the correction of posture and elimination of muscle imbalances, exercise according to the DNS concept (for 12 weeks) had a positive effect on the position of the body in the pelvis and torso. Exercise had no significant effect on the position of the remaining body segments. Title: Improving the posture of a former volleyball player during a three-month intervention Objectives: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to process a literature search, to introduce beach volleyball and clarify its problems in the possible emergence of muscle imbalances and postural deviations. Another goal is to choose a former beach volleyball player, to perform an examination of the musculoskeletal system. The main goal of this work is to compile, describe, apply a compensatory exercise program and verify its effect in terms of posture adjustment and interpret the results of the examination and the applied intervention program. Methods: The thesis is a case study of a former beach volleyball player with deviations from the correct posture, for which an intervention exercise program was compiled on the basis of musculoskeletal diagnostics. The program lasted three months and was aimed at compensating for poor posture and identified muscle imbalances. The program consisted of partial compen-satory training units, which included breathing exercises focused on activating the muscles of the deep stabilization system, relaxation, stretching and strengthening exercises, which were modified after mastering lighter variants. Title: Effect of a comprehensive rehabilitation program of children with asthma bronchiale Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to show the usefulness and necessity of physical therapy in children with bronchial asthma and how does it affect them. Another objective was to summarize the possible available methods with demonstrations of examples of individual exercises that can be used for this disease. The aim was also monitoring and evaluation of the patient's subjective feelings. Methods: In the thesis we carried out a single arm experiment, where we used comprehensive kinesiology analysis of individual subjects and the methods of lung function tests. From the lung function test, we chose the spirometry test by method of curve flow / capacity and also we used the peak expiratory flow monitoring using peak-flow-meter. We compared the subjective feelings of clients at the beginning and the end of the treatment program. In the period we watched the changes of value in individual measuring techniques. Results: We found that a comprehensive treatment of children asthma has a significant impact on their posture and also on the respiratory functions and subjective perception of individual symptoms investigated clients. Title: Influence of power precondition at leisure time athlets Objectives: The main objective of this work is compile bibliographic research, that deals with power preconditions and training requirements. Furthermore, to build a skilled work that will provide clear, concise and comprehensive information on the subject. The aim is to point out the principles of strength training, the composition of the training unit and marginally to mention nutrition and regeneration. Methods: The method of literature search used in this work was based mainly on the collection, sorting and evaluation of relevant informations. Results: Muscle strength is a prerequisite for human locomotion. Before you start strength training, it must be assessed locomotive faculties of the individual and according to create adequate training unit corresponding to his forceful options. The intact development of postural functions is the condition for the posture. The muscles are automatically integrated into the posture by maturing of the central nervous system. Together with the postural function of the phasic muscles the morphology of the skeleton matures too. The target of this work is to prove the influence of the muscles onto the morphology of the hip joint - femoral neck anteversion. Comparison of postural function meaning of the preschool children singing expression

The diploma work is dealing with an influence of postural muscles on preschool children singing expression as weel as on connection between a posture and a breathe. The aim of this diploma work is not just a clarification of this issue, but primaliry it is an aspiration of creating a methodology of exercises, which leads to an improvement of children`s singing. Experimental part of this diploma work is concerned with a verification of created methodology on constant group of preschool children. An audio CD with records of children singing expressions, which confirms reached verdicts, is included.
