Marketing Communication of a Real Estate Agency

Principles of humanism and holism in nursing care of patients with autism spectrum disorder

This bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the problematic situations in nursing process from the point of view of nursing staff taking care of the ASD patients, on mapping the ASD patients´ specific needs and on mapping the care provided to ASD patients from the point of view of nurses. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one consists of the theoretical introduction and of the outline of the contemporary state of research concerning the topic of taking care of ASD patients. The empirical part is based on qualitative-quantitative research and it is divided into several parts. The first part of the research focused on acquiring data from persons taking care of people with ASD. There was chosen a quantitative form of research while using the method of semi-structured interview. Nine respondents participated in this part, the choosing process of respondents was controlled. The second part of the research focused on confirming or disproving the statements from the first part of the research and on confirming or disproving the stated hypotheses. The means of quantitative research was chosen while using non-standardized questionnaire created by the author. The questionnaires were distributed in printed and electronic forms regarding the epidemiological situation in the Czech Republic. There were 212 participants. The main result of the first part of the research is a list of problematic situations which affect the ASD patients and the process of providing the nursing care. There were identified specific and individual needs of ASD patients including the need of sleep, nutrition, affiliation, of organization, of sensorial perception and knowledge and also the need of self-sustainability in every-day activities. The result of the qualitative part shows which ways are available for nursing staff in the process of communication with ASD patients and which means they use during the nursing process. There was mapped the difficulty of satisfying the needs from the point of view of the nursing staff and its interest in the topic. While testing the stated hypothesis, only the hypothesis nr. 3 was confirmed - the ASD patients require more individualized care than intact patients. Hypothesis nr. 1 - nurses use more verbal than non-verbal means while communicating with ASD patients - and hypothesis nr. 2 - the satisfaction of psychological needs is for ASD patients more difficult than satisfaction of biological needs - were not confirmed.
Courier Service in Dvůr Králové n. L. in the Early Modern Period

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of oral and written communication through the groups of couriers, who mediated between smaller royal dowry town Dvůr Králové nad Labem and its own villages as well as another distant locations situated in another dominion. Diploma thesis applies to region called Podkrkonoší in the advanced Early Modern Period, describes and analyses some of the preserved archival primary sources of knowledge dedicated to the courier services in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. It mentions the enviroment in which the gateke- epers and other couriers fulfilled their services. This thesis attempts to define the relationship between the distance and courier's income in Dvůr Králové nad Labem's domain and outside of it. In the context of diverse contents of oral and written messages the thesis mentions sever- al other topics, for example the actual filling work of corvée (or statute labour), showing by gatekeepers the way to hussar-soldier at surveying, transport of beggars and vagabonds and even the beginning of postal services in this area. Working method is based on detailed archival probe into rarely preserved municipal bookkeeping, especially into records of gate- keeper's courier services and records of other settled couriers both from the year 1740 and 1768. Information and Communication Technologies - Economic and Social Aspects

This work is focused on the development of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the 21st century and their social and economic aspects. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the history of the nowadays commonly used information and communication technologies, such as personal computer, mobile phone and internet. The second chapter describes the development of ICT in the context of individuals, households and businesses. The third section focuses on information economy with regard to the events in the ICT sector, expenditures, investments and foreign commerce with ICT. The next chapter studies social networks in detail, as strong marketing and economic instruments and further studies their development up to the present form. The fifth chapter deals with the positive and negative social and economic aspects of ICT and their combination. The main question of this paper is whether the benefits of ICT outweigh the negatives, now and in the future. The analysis of the paper comes to the conclusion that, the positives still prevail but it will be needed to minimize the negative impacts of ICT in the social field in the future and make the Internet safer.
Media manipulation at primary school and defence against it

This diploma thesis engage in the manipulation aimed at primary school children, especially manipulation of commercial and its effect on the child recipient. The theoretical part of thesis defines terms manipulation, media and advertisement, as well as media education in the current curriculum, in the general educational program and in the textbooks for 1st primary schools. The empirical part of thesis is divided into the methodical unit and experimental unit. The methodical unit describes the implemented project for advertisement and defense against media manipulation. Observations took place during the project, the results of this observation are described in the experimental unit. It is included questionnaire survey and its analysis. The last part of this thesis is concept of methodics, which outlines strategies to help prevent the possible manipulation.
Activities offered by Primary Schools supporting the involvement of both parents and the pre-primary school resulting in a trouble free transition for the child

This thesis is dealing with the issues associated with the transition from pre-primary to primary education, with the understanding and cooperation of the family, which results in a trouble free admission of a child to primary school. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the aspects affecting the transition of a child from pri-primary to primary school, primarily the schools readiness and experience. Also focusing on the topic diagnosis, communication and types of cooperation between all participants involved. The practical part is produced on research of regional surveys, which reveal which actives are offered by primary schools for future entry students. How those activities are guiding and supporting the parents prepare their child for the start of compulsory school attendance which is seen as prevention of school failure. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the usual forms of activities offered by primary schools supporting cooperation between primary, pre-primary schools and the family. It Also presents how parents evaluate activities supporting trouble free admission of a child to first class primary school.
Building of school and parent (quardian) relationship.

Summary: This final thesis deals with creating of the ethical codex for parents or guardians as a tool for changing and adjusting of the communication between school and guardians. It focues on the legislation concept of this relation and fields in which the relation occurs. The work concurrently brings a view of the ethical codex in education and problems of its role in the legal system. Some of its targets are to create and implement ethical codex form school's and parents' perspective. In the conclusion, the current knowledge is brought together and critical points of creation and implementation into individual schools are set.
Communication in the management of school cafeteria

TITLE: Communication in the management of school cafeteria AUTHOR: Drahomíra Dušková DEPARTMENT: School management center SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Jiří Trunda ABSTRACT: Final bachelor thesis deals with internal communications in the school cafeterias and focuses on manager's communication. Survey was sent out to a total of 250 school cafeterias, from the total number of 8154 school catering facilities across the Czech Republic. Questionnaires were completed by 116 managers (directors) of school cafeterias and 259 employees. The thesis reports on the communication skills. On one side, from the perspective of managers themselves, determining their views on how they apply communication skills. And on the other side, from the perspective of employees in cafeterias, as they perceive and understand communication. Analysis of the results revealed some differing views on issues of communication between the school cafeteria managers and their employees. Some questions were perceived as critical for both sides, in other, sides answered in positive consensus in favor of successful communication skills. Further the thesis has determined that 61% of school cafeteria managers have no training or education in management.
