Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the engineering firm selected through techniques of financial analysis and proposals of solutions to improve the current situation. The work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The first part presents the methods of financial analysis. In the second - the analytical part - the selected company; an analysis of its financial situation during the period 2009 - 2013, design and evaluation, including measures and recommendations, which should lead to the improvement of its development in the future.

The thesis deals with the proposition of marketing strategy for the Internet shop www.babylonshop.cz. Based on theoretical assumptions and analysis of the conditions the firm stands at present, marketing strategy was designed. It should guarantee realization of the larger number of orders. In the practical part analyses are put together and evaluated. Afterwards the suggestions and recommendations are offered. They should secure the increase of sales and regular clients.

Theme of this master’s thesis is design of software support for business intelligence. Design is realized in cooperation with corporation ZZN Pelhřimov a.s. Introduction is focused on theoretical description of business intelligence and datamining and also on development environment in which is project designed. Corporation is characterised also in introduction. Main part contains data collecting and definition of individual modules. In conclusion of this thesis will be several types of analysis from collected data and then according to these analysis, we can draw measures to improve current state of corporation.

This bachelor's thesis addresses the ways, methods and strategies of trading in the financial market known as Foreign Exchange (Forex). Thesis deals with the investment strategy focused on currency trading. Among the most traded currency pairs include the EUR/USD, USD/JPY and GBP/USD. The strategy is based mainly on technical analysis. It is also carried out backtesting and evaluation for which currency pair is this strategy most effective. This study therefore describes a process of creating this strategy.

Logistics of mobile homes

The bachelor thesis covers a market research of mobile homes in the Czech Republic as a dynamically developing sector in the field of modern housing. It focuses on the historical concept of logistics and the current process of production, transport and final use of residential units. The work also deals with price and time demands; on a survey of two companies it compares the purchase of a finished house with the construction of its own. Based on a analysis, it afterwards characterizes critical factors, proposes measures to reduce these risks and delivers solutions. In addition to the situation in the Czech Republic, this work also includes an analysis of critical factors. Using a questionnaire completed by a hundred respondents, we are given a detailed overview of real opinions, which is compared to the results of our own research. Finally, the work also reflects the personal thoughts of the author, who proposes measures for critical factors of this kind of housing.

Metodika konzervování-restaurování nízkopálené nestabilní keramiky

Metodika je zaměřena na konzervování-restaurování nízkopálené nestabilní keramiky. Podává ucelený přehled o vhodných postupech pro zpracování materiálu tohoto typu. Obsahuje souhrn vhodných metod pro hodnocení stupně poškození, postupy odběru vzorku a doporučené analýzy pro identifikaci chemického a mineralogického složení keramiky. Dále popisuje možnosti čištění, postupy konsolidace, lepení a doplňování chybějících fragmentů a případné retuše. Obsahuje rovněž zásady pro vhodné uložení těchto předmětů a pro pochopení jednotlivých metod jsou uvedeny komentované příklady.

Metodika je zaměřena na konzervování-restaurování glazované keramiky s ohledem na stabilitu a pórovitost keramického střepu. Podává ucelený přehled o vhodných postupech pro zpracování materiálu tohoto typu. Obsahuje přehled vhodných metod pro hodnocení stupně poškození (jak střepu, tak glazury), postupy odběru vzorku a metody pro identifikaci chemického a mineralogického složení keramiky i glazury a stability jejich celkového systému. Dále popisuje možnosti čištění, postupy konsolidace, lepení a doplňování chybějících fragmentů a případné retuše střepu i glazury. Obsahuje rovněž zásady pro vhodné uložení těchto předmětů a pro pochopení jednotlivých výsledků jsou uvedeny komentované příklady.

Redken brand strategy - transition from B2B orientation towards B2C strategy

The main topic of this thesis is the modification of the Redken brand strategy from B2B to B2C orientation. Within the theoretical part, the current beauty market is primarily examined. The most important factors influencing the cosmetics industry are identified, such as the Covid-19 pandemic, the online space of social networks and e-commerce, or current social trends influencing shopping behavior such as the Clean beauty trend or the Self-care trend. Theoretically, the B2B and B2C market and their differences are further defined. The process of creating a strategy and its individual steps are also presented. Last part of the theoretical section is the definition of the Redken brand, its history, values and branding. The practical part includes qualitative research in the form of in-depth individual interviews with respondents from the managerial and hairdressing spheres. The analysis further consists of external environment analysis named PESTLE, customer segment analysis, competition analysis, and SWOT analysis. Based on the obtained primary and secondary data, a strategy is prepared in the form of a tactical annual plan. This thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of libraries in elementary and secondary schools in the Vysočina region. In the first part of the text outlines the basic problems of school libraries along with the characteristics of the region.
