Houzarová, Šárka ; Laufková, Veronika (advisor) ; Havlová, Jana (referee)
The Master's thesis deals with mapping and subsequent piloting of selected didactic aids that can be used in the teaching of Czech language and literature at the first stage of primary school. The first part of the thesis defines the concepts of reading, literacy, and readership along with describing the factors that influence these points. It touches on the topic of literacy and reading strategies. Possibilities for developing reading at school are also presented. It further defines didactic aids, shows their classification and specifically introduces nine didactic aids. The aim of the empirical part was to design, implement and reflect (evaluate) three lessons in which didactic aids were used. The implementation took place at the end of the school year 2022/2023 in two classes of the second year of primary school, each with three separate lessons. The lessons focused on the development of reading skills through didactic aids. Various aids (Dixit cards, Story cubes and Create a story cards), teaching methods and organizational forms were used. The lessons were followed by semi-structured interviews with selected pupils and participating teachers, and the observations were reflected upon. The research results show that incorporating didactic aids into Czech language and literature lessons supports...
Draft of educational materials for the subject basics of radiopharmacy for higher vocational medical schools with certified pharmaceutical assistant study program
Novák, Pavel ; Hanušová, Jaroslava (advisor) ; Váchová, Alena (referee)
The thesis addresses the topic of nuclear medicine and radiopharmacy, focusing on creating suitable educational materials in this field for the "Certified Pharmaceutical Assistant" study program. The theoretical part includes a description of the pharmaceutical assistant's role and basic information about nuclear medicine. These insights lead into the key chapter of this work, namely radiopharmacy and the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals. The empirical part of the thesis consists of two questionnaire surveys. The first section of the empirical part consists of a questionnaire aimed at teachers who teach subjects focused on radiopharmacy for the "Certified Pharmaceutical Assistant" study program. The second section of the empirical part consists of a questionnaire among students in their final year of the mentioned program. Both questionnaires aim to gather information on the pedagogical reality of subjects focused on radiopharmacy and simultaneously collect suggestions for improving teaching for future students. It was found that only 28,6 % of the surveyed teachers use teaching methods other than just frontal teaching. Furthermore, it was discovered that none of the 56 surveyed students plan to work in a radiopharmaceutical preparation laboratory. Based on these findings, 13 educational...
Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) in Engineering Courses at Brno University of Technology
Teoretická část práce diskutuje výhody CLILu, vysvětluje model Coyleové, Hooda a Marshe a popisuje využití různých pedagogických modelů a strategií při integraci této metody do kurikula. Závěrem práce diskutuje výzkumná zjištění vyplývající z dotazníkového šetření mezi učiteli a studenty a navrhuje, jakým způsobem výuku prostřednictvím CLILu zdokonalit.

Jak učit o fake news?
HAVELCOVÁ, Tereza
This diploma thesis examines the phenomenon of fake news and focuses on the pedagogical aspects of teaching about it. Initially, it presents the fundamental elements that underpin the phenomenon. The thesis explores the formation of news and its transmission to recipients, followed by an exploration of the concept of fake news. Furthermore, the thesis provides a historical overview of fake news, divides it into distinct periods, while also considering the impact of technological advancements on information dissemination. The discussion then delves into cognitive and social biases, highlighting their influence on individuals' susceptibility to fake news. The thesis subsequently introduces various literacies (information, media a digital) that can aid in combatting fake news, also presents initiatives of international agencies such as UNESCO and the European Commission, as well as the national strategy outlined in the Education Framework Programme. Additionally, the thesis examines existing methodologies that address the pedagogical aspects of teaching about fake news. Building on the theoretical part, the thesis develops teaching units that cover relevant topics related to fake news. These units encompass activities such as role-playing, critical analysis of texts, exploration of cognitive biases and the historical context of fake news. Most of these teaching units have undergone practical testing to ensure their effectiveness.
Elaboration of examples for teaching dynamic simulations in Inventor
Skoupil, Tomáš ; Valena, Martin (referee) ; Okál, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on creating educational materials for dynamic simulations in the Inventor software. Its aim is to demonstrate how to work effectively in the environment of dynamic simulations and introduce students to the basic principles and procedures for their utilization. The main components of the thesis are two instructional presentations that serve as teaching materials for students. These presentations focus on assembling the trigger mechanism and reloading of a Glock pistol, which are suitable for demonstrating dynamic simulations in Inventor. By studying these presentations, students will acquire new knowledge and skills in the field of dynamic simulations. They will be able to understand the individual functions of dynamic simulations and gain the necessary skills for creating various mechanisms in the virtual environment of dynamic simulations. Overall, this thesis represents a useful tool for teaching dynamic simulations in the Inventor software and provides students with a practical foundation for working with this software.

Internet Educational Atlas Focusing on Soil Arthropods
Dvořáková, Jana ; Mourek, Jan (advisor) ; Říhová, Dagmar (referee)
The main objective of this thesis was to create an educational website aimed at soil arthropods. It can be used primarily by teachers of biology and ecology, lecturers of extracurricular science education or by the students who are interested in this issue. This photographic atlas of soil arthropods consists of my own micro images obtained by the use of light and scanning electron microscope. The micro images are accompanied by text to each group of soil arthropods, which is divided into sections containing information about the systematic classification, anatomy and morphology, biology and importance, eventually representatives of the group. The atlas is accompanied by other materials usable in the classroom, such as didactic test, didactic game and proposals for group work, worksheet, field and laboratory work or educational presentations focused on soil arthropods. These materials can be downloaded from the website, along with the entire atlas of soil arthropods. The atlas is available on the following address: https://sites.google.com/site/pudniclenovci/. The review of the literature deals with the importance of arthropods in the soil and their mutual interactions. Then I describe the methods of study of arthropods (sampling, sample preparation for light and scanning electron microscopy and...
