The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine whether there are correlations between economic indicators of EU countries and academic honesty, and to explain the existing correlations. In the first part the author focuses on the issue of academic dishonesty and economic indicators, which form the basis for the practical part. In the practical part are used data from the project IPPHEAE and correlation analysis of economic indicators and academic honesty just as sub-criteria of academic honesty is carried out. The result of the research is confirmation of the existence of correlations and their clarification. The most interesting result was a negative correlation of academic honesty and a difference between wages of secondary educaated and university-educated people.
Methodology for ensuring the quality of open educational resources for higher education

In the methodology, we describe how to properly use and create quality open educational resources (OER), we focused especially on resources based on the MediaWiki software. We deal with what prerequisites for the creation of quality online resources need to be provided, e.g. in terms of content, work of the editorial team, technical parameters of the environment, etc. The methodology can be used by those who create educational materials of this type as well as for those who use them because it can help them orient in the information environment.

The impact of AI tools on higher education students

In the world of rapidly evolving technologies, the last two years have seen a massive expansion of artificial intelligence. We are therefore all encountering emerging AI tools in our everyday lives. The thesis titled The Impact of AI Tools on Higher Education Students focuses on the ways in which students of Czech universities approach these new emerging technologies. After explaining the notion of artificial intelligence, the fundamental breakdown of the tools is outlined. The possible good and negative elements of these new instruments are also discussed. For the research, a mixed research design is adopted, which separates the analysis into two sections using the explanatory sequential design's processes. In the first step, a quantitative questionnaire survey was undertaken, with respondents divided proportionally into ten quotas based on the ISCED-F 2013 category. Semi-structured interviews were used in the second stage to augment the questionnaire survey. The analysis resulted in the key trends in the use of AI tools among students of Czech universities. The importance of experiential education in nursing program at the university

The importance of experiential education in the higher education of nurses is a topic that deserves to be treated, but unfortunately in the Czech Republic it is basically unexplored compared to abroad. Hence, in the discussion, the results of the research investigation within this bachelor thesis were compared only with foreign studies. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to document the findings on the impact of experiential learning on the quality of teaching of subjects where this teaching method is used in the study of nursing. Furthermore, to document the findings on the positives and negatives of the experiential learning method from the perspective of nursing students and to map the subjective perceptions and benefits of experiential learning by nursing students. The bachelor thesis has two parts. The theoretical part focuses on defining the experiential education system and its different components. At the same time, teaching methods typical of higher education are defined. Evaluation of the Quality of University Education of a Bachelor's Degree Programme, Economics and Management

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the quality of higher education in the Bachelor's program of Economics and Management at the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The author dedicates the theoretical part to the process of higher education, its accreditation, university management, and methods of assessing teaching quality. The aim of the thesis is to identify strengths and weaknesses in teaching and, based on the collected data, propose specific changes and measures to improve the quality of the educational process. The practical part includes data collection through a questionnaire survey among students of the program and subsequent statistical analysis of this data. Based on the results of the thesis, recommendations for improving the teaching process and increasing student satisfaction with the program are formulated. This thesis presents a comprehensive view of the issue of the quality of higher education and offers valuable insights for further research and practical applications in the educational process.
Methodology of text creation in open an internet space for higher education through e-learning

The methodology is intended to provide a framework for the use of open web space as a tool for teaching students at the university level, in e-learning or blended learning courses, and in various disciplines with an active and problem-oriented learning component which is desirable from the perspective of education for sustainable development. The virtual space (Wiki), the so-called "social web", provides an interactive environment and supports social skills such as cooperation, self-expression, and communication. This particular methodology is based on the concept of "academic literacy" where students develop their skills along with the writing process. MediaWiki software was used to stimulate meta-cognitive skills, the organization of the writing process, and critical thinking (with regard to resources); a model for an academic environment was presented there. Instructions available in the wiki support pre-writing, a resource search, the writing of a literature review & annotation, posing a research question, developing of text, and peer review. The method proved to be useful in practice; it provided evidence of student work and the results are available for future generations of students.

The methodology for use of wiki software in education

The methodology for using wiki software in education is available to teachers who want to use wiki software for teaching purposes. It presents the most important characteristics of a wiki environment, deals with the various possibilities for its active use, provides guidance on the use of the existing wiki environment, and on the selection and installation of the software, including its own modules. Special attention is also paid to analyzing the possibilities for the use, passively and actively, of the electronic encyclopedia Wikipedia for educational purposes. The methodology includes the topic of copyright law with regard to the significant systematic underestimation (especially in the electronic environment) of this issue by most teachers. The methodology also explains in detail the use of free copyright licenses, especially the Creative Commons license. The primary form of this methodology is its electronic form in the Enviwiki (see www.enviwiki.cz), where examples of work by students are also located. The methodology is thus freely available to anyone interested in using it, as it corresponds to the philosophy of teaching in an open information space.

The Methodology of Team Cooperation and Team Creation in Higher Education

The methodology provides a basic framework for university teachers who use active teaching methods and support collaborative student work. In CR, these methods are used rather intuitively this methodology provides an overview of basic pedagogical knowledge and experience that can help their inclusion in education in all fields of study. The methodology deals with the theoretical aspects of group cooperation: processes, relationships, group dynamics, possible barriers and risks that are typical in this method of teaching. It provides an overview of the possibilities of selecting team members, the social assumptions of group work, ways of building trust and methods of facilitating group processes. It briefly discusses the principles for planning project teamwork, tools for assessment of its results, and outlines the specifics of the e-learning environment. Using a teamwork method in e-learning enables one to benefit from all the interactive possibilities provided by the Internet to foster communication and collaborative features in the very process of learning; thus teamwork could help to adjust the e-learning method for the needs of practice.

Providing high-quality education for everyone has been one of the principal objectives of development in the 21st century since education may be linked to the increase in the living standards and social development. In this thesis, the variable of education in the 21st century has been investigated within the period of 2010–2019 amid the era of two UN international programmes: Education for All (EFA) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The analysis was dedicated to three countries of Southeast Asia: Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Although the overall quality of education ranked low compared to other countries in the examined period, between 2% to 6% of GDP had been invested in education in the three analysed countries. The relationship between the government expenditures and enrolment to school served as the main inquired variable. A week relationship between the variable of financing and enrolment was then identified in Thailand and, by contrast, a strong relationship emerged in connection to the university level of education in the Philippines. A direct dependence, and thus a relationship exhibiting a growth of expenditures alongside the rise in enrolment, occurred only in Thailand in 2010–2014.
