Význam zážitkového vzdělávání ve vysokoškolské přípravě sester je téma, které si zaslouží své zpracování, ale bohužel v eské republice je oproti zahranií v podstatě neprobádané. Z tohoto vyplývá, že v rámci diskuse byly výsledky výzkumného šetření v rámci této bakalářské práce porovnávány pouze se zahraniními studiemi. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je doložit poznatky o vlivu zážitkového vzdělávání na kvalitu výuky předmětů, kde je tato výuková metoda použita v rámci studia oboru ošetřovatelství. Dále doložit poznatky o pozitivech a negativech metody zážitkového vzdělávání z pohledu studentů ošetřovatelství a zmapovat subjektivní vnímání a přínos zážitkového uení ze strany studentů ošetřovatelství. Bakalářská práce má dvě ásti. ást teoretická je zaměřena na definování systému zážitkového vzdělávání a jeho jednotlivých složek. Zároveň jsou zde definovány výukové metody, typické pro vysokoškolské vzdělávání. ást praktická je zaměřena na kvantitativní výzkum formou anketního šetření vlastní konstrukce, zaměřujícího se na výuku komunikace v rámci vysokoškolského studia oboru ošetřovatelství. Respondenty byli v tomto případě studenti oborů Všeobecné ošetřovatelství a Pediatrické ošetřovatelství na vybraných vysokých školách. The importance of experiential education in the higher education of nurses is a topic that deserves to be treated, but unfortunately in the Czech Republic it is basically unexplored compared to abroad. Hence, in the discussion, the results of the research investigation within this bachelor thesis were compared only with foreign studies. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to document the findings on the impact of experiential learning on the quality of teaching of subjects where this teaching method is used in the study of nursing. Furthermore, to document the findings on the positives and negatives of the experiential learning method from the perspective of nursing students and to map the subjective perceptions and benefits of experiential learning by nursing students. The bachelor thesis has two parts. The theoretical part focuses on defining the experiential education system and its different components. At the same time, teaching methods typical of higher education are defined. The practical part focuses on quantitative research in the form of a self-constructed survey, focusing on the teaching of communication in undergraduate nursing education.
