The diploma thesis deals with propose of adjustments in international marketing strategy. The aim of the diploma thesis is to make a proposal of a new regular flights from the international Brno Airport. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts, theoretical, analysis of the current state and proposal. The first part presents a theoretical background summarizing the knowledges obtained from literature. The following section characterizes the current situation of the airport, analyses are made, and the results of my own research are presented. Based on the results of analytical part, there is created a proposal for new scheduled flights.

The diploma thesis is focused on the proposal marketing mix of the selected company, which is about to enter the foreign market, based on an analysis of the current situation. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. Theoretical part is describing certain terms, clarification of PESTLE analysis, Porter analysis, marketing mix analysis, customer behavior measurement, questionnaire survey, SWOT analysis and risk analysis. In the second, analytical part, the company itself is introduced, the analysis of its current situation is made, based on selected models, and the summary evaluation is presented. The last part is focused on the elaboration of the marketing mix of the company in order to enter the foreign market.

The thesis deals with the improvement of services and selected tools of marketing mix of LIFT and FIT using the mystery shopping method in LIFT and FIT and their direct competitors. The first part of this thesis deals with the theoretical concepts that are closely related to this thesis, followed by the characteristics of the company. The analytical part deals with the analysis of the 5 P's and the research conducted and then it is evaluated using the SWOT matrix approach. Based on the analysis and the research conducted, the last part of the thesis will propose recommendations for improving the services and selected tools of the company's marketing mix.
