Linhartová, Eliška ; Mazáčová, Nataša (advisor) ; Pospíšilová, Anna (referee)
The theoretical part of the diploma thesis focuses on the importance of nature in the pedagogy of Marie Montessori. It points out the importance of using appropriate selected tools and the application of teaching techniques of Marie Montessori. It also focuses on the secondary education reform plan and provides examples of activities for students aged 12 to 18. In the practical part the tool inspired by Montessori pedagogy called Stromové pexeso was created. The tool is used for identifying tree species. The tool offers many ways how to use it. The methodology of working with the tool was verified in practice at the 2nd level of primary school and vocational school. The purpose was to find out the practical use of the tool and whether its using can affect the better memorization of the subject matter. The most students appreciated the use of the tool and it was discovered that playing with toll has a positive effect on memorizing the subject matter.
Extreme metal - subculture and identity
Pospíšilová, Anna ; Doubek, David (advisor) ; Lipský, Matěj (referee)
The aim of this thesis was to investigate the identity of extreme metal musicians. In the theoretical part, the terms identity, genre, subculture were defined and a brief history of extreme metal was outlined. In the empirical part, research was presented in which 8 semi-structured interviews with grindcore, black metal, trash metal and death metal musicians were analyzed using qualitative methods. Subsequently, an analysis of the interviews was carried out, from which 11 main categories emerged that characterize the individual experience of extreme metal musicians. Based on the obtained results and data from participant observation, the chapter on the identity of an extreme metal musician was created, within which 2 main areas emerged, the purity of metal and the energy of metal, which form the basic pillars of the identity of an extreme metal musician. In the following chapter, the obtained data were placed in a wider context by means of a comparison with the theoretical starting points of the work. KEYWORDS Metal music, identity, subculture, etnography, analysis of interview

Pospíšilová, Anna ; Kučera, Tomáš (advisor) ; Burcin, Boris (referee)
This dissertation introduces recent immigration into the Czech Republic and characterizes the most numerous groups of immigrants according to their citizenship, i.e. the citizens from Ukraine, Vietnam, Russia and Slovakia. The main objective of this dissertation is to analyze reproductive behavior of these groups, immigrants and foreigners as a whole in the Czech Republic. First are presented the factors that may affect the fertility of immigrants and the main hypotheses that were formulated by the experts abroad. Mentioned are also possible methods of examination and the sources of data. Subsequently is performed the analysis of immigrant fertility in the Czech Republic on the basis of data from the Czech Statistical Office. It turns out, that immigrant fertility in this country is at a very low level. The only relevant difference represents the fertility of women with Vietnamese citizenship, whose fertility is slightly higher than in the Czech women population in total. Lastly are presented the results from questionnaire survey carried out among Vietnamese women living in the Czech Republic. Its conclusions may be more as an inspiration for future research. Views of secondary school students on ideal teacher
Štuková, Karolína ; Mazáčová, Nataša (advisor) ; Pospíšilová, Anna (referee)
The thesis deals with the view of secondary school students on the behaviour and approach of their class teachers to teaching and how their behaviour corresponds to the requirements of the quality standard of the teaching profession. The theoretical part describes the main documents dealing with the quality standard of the profession. It then contextualises the information within the teaching profession, including its role in teaching and its professionalisation. The practical part focuses on students' specific perspectives on the quality standard of their classroom teacher's profession. Throughout the research I have sought to record the views of the behaviour and attitude of the teacher in general among the groups of secondary school pupils studied. Within the practical part, several aspects that may influence the pupils' view are worked with, including the background, gender or the actual expertise of their class teacher. Pupils in the first and second years in two secondary schools participated in the research investigation. I conducted the research in Prague and Jindřichův Hradec.
