The second part focuses on the analysis of the brand and its company. The third part, derived from the analytical part, presents the online marketing strategy and recommendations for its successful implementation. This part includes an economic evaluation, a plan for implementing the suggestions.

The diploma thesis deals with the development of business activities of a selected company operating in the food industry Podravka – Lagris, a.s. with a specific focus on increasing sales and market share for a specific product category. Based on the theoretical knowledge, an analysis of the current state is processed through analyzes of the external, industry and internal environment, whose results are summarized into a SWOT analysis. The design part of the diploma thesis presents recommendations for the company that will lead to the fulfillment of the set goals in the field of the development of business activities.

The first of them is an explanation of the theoretical points for a better understanding of the given issue. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state, the introduction of the company or the analysis of the internal and external environment. In the last one, proposals for solutions to improve the communication mix in the company are developed. The proposals are supplemented with a time frame and an estimate of the financial resources needed for implementation.
The Reverse Logistics in the Selected Company

In my bachelor's thesis, I focused on the issue of reverse logistics at a selected branch of the company, which dominates the market in the respective segment. I examined various departments in terms of their logistics processes and based on analyses and research, I proposed measures to streamline reverse logistics and minimize waste generated in the Food. The work focuses on a detailed description of the company's branch and an analysis of the current state of logistics processes in certain departments. The analyses are based on data obtained from these workplaces and my professional experience in the company. In addition, I conducted research through my own observations. Based on these analyses and research, I developed a set of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of reverse logistics, minimizing the negative impact of the company's activities on the environment, and increasing customer satisfaction in the Food department.

The analytical part examines the current state of the company in the Czech market, including several selected analyses and a questionnaire survey on purchasing behavior in Sweden within the chosen industry. The proposal part contains recommendations aimed at ensuring a successful entry into the Swedish market.

A domestic company wants to expand its operations to a foreign market and is deciding between entering the Austrian or German market. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part defines the problem, the goal of the thesis, and the methods of solution. The second part contains theoretical background. In the third part, selected analyses of the Austrian and German markets are carryed out, along with selected internal analyses of the company, based on which a SWOT analysis is compiled. Using the comparative method, a more suitable market for the company's entry is selected. The last part suggests a proposal for the company's entry into the more suitable market.
