The diploma thesis deals with a comparison of the level of physical abilities of younger pupil, spocifically pupils of an elementary school after the pandemic cause by the coronavirus Covid-19. The elementary schools not only in the Czech Republic were closed overnight and all sport activities of pupils were stopped. The pupils will be put to the available Unifit test and their results will be compared to the results of the physical activites of pupils before the coronavirus pandemic. The theoretical part deals maily with the lack of the physical activities of children who still physically develop and grow and for whom is physical aktivity very important not only for their health, but also their mental well-being. Movement is very natural for pupils of younger school-age. Pupils were forced to sit in front of computers, where the distance learning, which was very difficult, took place - it also took place in the afternoon, when they were doing their homework. This difficult part of the day was compensated with some kind of movement very rarely. In the practical part, I focused on testing pupils with the Unifit test and comparing the results from available data in relation to the population. The results will be supplemented by a queationnare survey, which was filled in by the parents. KEYWORDS...

The research will be conducted by direct testing of the plan on a group of probands, including me. The resoult of which will be comparing of input and output values - like bodyweight, chest and arms circumference and of course maximal bench press performance per one repetition.
