Velda, Jan ; Maleček, Jan (advisor) ; Hráský, Pavel (referee)
Title: Analysis of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) During Simulated Operational Stress in Military Personnel. Goal: To analyze the effect of a three-day simulated operational stress on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in individuals without the presence of sleep deprivation and caloric deficit. Methods: This bachelor's thesis combines empirical and theoretical approaches. The research sample included four students from the Military Department at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University (FTVS UK) in Prague, divided into control and experimental groups (two students in each group). All participants were physically fit and healthy individuals with an average age of 22.5 ± 1.91 years, an average height of 185.75 ± 4.19 cm, and an average weight of 89.5 ± 7.59 kg. Before the actual measurement, participants filled out the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS10), and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD RISC), and their baseline HRV values were measured. Then they underwent a three-day stress protocol of simulated military operational stress (SMOS), designed to simulate conditions that soldiers may encounter during combat deployment. This protocol included the "Tactical Mobility Test" (TMT) battery, consisting of seven tests: reaction speed, shooting,...

Title: Comparison of the kinematic indicators of the front kick without and with the military load carried Objective: The study aimed to determine the differences between executing a front kick without carrying the military load and with a 30 kg military load., also in connection with the possible differences between the group of elite and sub-elite military personnel. The distances between the right and left hip, knee and ankle in the individual axes of the coordinate system, the angles in the knee joint of the kicking and standing lower limb and the maximum velocity of the hip, knee and ankle of the kicking lower limb upon impact into the fixed target were compared. Methods: The diploma thesis was processed as a quantitative comparative study. The research group consisted of 12 chief instructors of the Czech Armed Forces in close combat (Age 41 ± 8 years; Weight: 83 ± 6 kg; Height: 178 ± 5 cm) and 21 students of the Military Physical Education at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of Charles University in Prague (Age 23 ± 2 years; 81 ± 10 kg Weight; 182 ± 7 cm Height). The velocity and positions of individual segments were captured using the Qualisys camera system and subsequently extracted using the Qualisys Track Manager. The Shapiro-Wilk test was used to assess the normal...

Title: Comparative Study of Body Composition of Military Program Students at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University, in 2015 and 2024. Objective: The aim of the study is to perform a comparative analysis of the body profile (body composition) of the students of the Military Department of the UK FTVS in Prague from the year 2024 and to compare it with the body profile of the students from the year 2015. Method: This work was theoretical and empirical in nature. The research population consisted of 22 students (22.0 ± 2.0 years, 182.2 ± 7.4 cm 79.0 ± 9.8 kg) of the Military Department at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University, who were measured in the summer semester 2023/2024. The obtained data were merged with the measured values from 2015 and then descriptively and statistically analyzed in the JASP program (0.18.3.). Shapiro-wilk test was performed to determine the normality of the data and analysis of variance of the measurements was also performed using independent t test at the level of statistical significance at α=0.05. Results: It was found that there was no statistically significant difference between the mean values of BMI (p = 0.994), fat (p = 0.102) and muscle (p = 0.886) mass measured in military students at UK FTVS in Prague in 2024...
Locus Map Extension for Communication between Units on the Battlefield

Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout přehled dronů využívaných v oblasti integrovaného záchranného systému a popsat technologie související s těmito drony.
