The topic of the thesis is to propose a suitable communication mix for the HR department of a selected international company. The theoretical part deals with the issue of employee acquisition with a focus on human resources marketing. In the practical part an analysis of the current situation is developed. On the basis of the outputs of these analyses and the theoretical part, proposals are prepared. The implementation of these proposals should lead to an increase in the awareness of the company and the offered position of production operator among the target group and thus to an increase in the number of applicants for this position in the company.
Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company

The aim of this thesis is to propose strategies for the development of human resource management and the associated personnel department. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical foundations, analytical section, and design section. The theoretical part builds on scholarly literature and provides a comprehensive view of modern approaches to human resource management. The analytical section focuses on a specific analysis of the current state of human resource management in a selected company, including the identification of key problems and factors that affect the efficiency of the personnel department. Based on the data obtained and the analysis, the final part of the thesis formulates specific proposals and recommendations for improving human resource management, which should contribute to the more efficient operation of the organization and increase employee satisfaction.

Diploma thesis Methods of recruiting workers in the personnel agency deals with the recruitment of agency and regular workers. The theoretical part summarizes and defines the activities of the personnel agency, defines the meaning of recruitment and pays attention to the recruitment of workers by external companies. In the analytical part, the company is characterized and the field of its business is described. This section also focuses on the current system and way of recruiting workers. In the research part of the diploma thesis, I will focus and try to find out whether the company can secure a sufficient number of suitable applicants for its clients and partners and thus fill the required vacancies. Based on the research, proposals will be recommended to streamline the recruitment process.
Trends in Recruitment and Employee Selection

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of recruitment and selection of employees, especially on the identification of current trends and the following implementation of these trends into practical use. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify trends in recruitment and selection and to propose the implementation of these trends in corporate human resource management and then also to provide a complete analysis of the recruitment process. The thesis first focuses on understanding the issues through a literature search to study relevant topics such as recruitment and selection, defining old and modern methods or the potential of using artificial intelligence in the industry. This theoretical knowledge is then applied in the practical part, where through qualitative research it was possible to carry out a complete analysis of the recruitment process of the selected position and to find the deficiency that is eliminated through the created proposal for improvement. The conclusion of the thesis includes the new element created for testing the candidate as well as recommendations for possible improvements to increase the efficiency of the company's recruitment process, all in line with current trends in recruitment and selection.
Cooperation between hight-schools and employers in engineering and its planning as a part of the company's personnel policy

This bachelor thesis focuses on the cooperation between secondary schools and employers in the South Bohemia region in the field of engineering. The thesis maps the network of ongoing cooperation, characterizes the ongoing forms of cooperation and points out the problems, advantages and disadvantages. The first part is theoretical. It deals with the personnel management of the enterprise. It describes models and forms of cooperation. Another area that the theoretical part deals with is recruitment and requirements. The practical part is the result of two questionnaire surveys distributed among the respondents and an interview. The questionnaires in their complete version are appendix 1 and appendix 2 of the bachelor thesis.

The second part characterizes selected company described its business area and there is a detailed analysis of the company employees. This section also focuses on the current system of acquisition, selection and recruitment of staff. The final section includes proposed amendments and recommendations in selected areas that will improve the efficiency of the system.

I will use the knowledge gained here in practice in my sales team. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the recruitment of new employees and the sustainability of existing employees in my team and in the end will be practically usable outputs that I will use in my business as a manager in the field of financial consulting.
