Forest preschool feasibility study

This thesis deals with the problem concerning the foundation and operation of forest preschools in the Czech Republic. The first forest preschool in the Czech Republic was founded in 2007 and the number of forest preschool has increased to forty-functioning forest preschools. However the forest preschools do not meet the requirements of preschool services. In the Czech Republic is no legislative rules for the operation of forest preschools. Nevertheless the research from abroad confirmed the positive effect on mental and physical development of children at preschool age. Above that the northern countries, Denmark and Germany support the functioning of the forest preschools. The foundation and the operation of forest preschool in the Czech Republic is accompanied with a lot of unclear issues. Because of that, the feasibility study provide a material which will help to future funders to evaluate the feasibility, reasonableness of the project, provide the information which will influence the operation and the foundation of the forest preschool in their neighborhood. Vojtěch SEVERÝN Prague, 2012 ABSTRACT Title: Proposal and implementation of communication plan for charity Auction of ice- hockey jerseys and other original items Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to propose a project of the charity Auction of ice-hockey jerseys and the other original items with focus on the proposal, analysis and evaluation of efficiency of the communication plan. Methods: The whole thesis is designed as a case study. The efficiency of the communication plan is measured on a visits of microsite created for this project and also on a visits of the individual auctions. The yield of the auction is also an indicator of the efficiency. The project and also the implementation of communication activities were held from 7. 5. to 17. 5. 2012, and in the same time the monitoring of attendance was under way. Some indicators are compared to the period before the project started. Results: We found what communication tools were suitable for such a project, what tools were useless, if the timing of communication actions were right or wrong. Based on "behaviour" of the audience we proposed some options for developing of this project. Lucie Kristlová lucie.kristlova@gmail.com In this thesis the principles of Framework Educational Programme and method IBSE alias Inquiry Based Science Education were summarized. The results of international research PISA 2006 were evaluated. In 2006 the focus was on scientific literacy. In the theoretical part the study supporting documents on the theme Carbon Dioxide were worked up. The documents would serve teachers of Chemistry and Biology mainly at the grammar schools. Methodically processed materials were created such as presentation, worksheet and subject matter of chemical experiments with the inclusion of the author solutions. The worksheet was verified by pupils at grammar school.

Management of non-profit organization in the Czech Republic

The master's thesis describes the management of non-profit organizations. In the action research, data related to a particular human rights organization were collected. Based on the analysis, the organization was recommended potential management improvements. The thesis is formulated for non-profit organizations that want to get a complex overview of their management possibilities. In particular, this thesis is addressed to the mentioned non-profit organization dealing with human rights in the country and it should serve as a material for consideration of appropriate management methods in the future.

Supervision of An Organization as The Tool for Development and Change

Masters thesis based on extensive research on different forms of supervision organizations in seven organizations providing social services to prevent, try to define this type of supervision and generalize some of his characters. Data on supervision in the organization was obtained by questionnaire survey and interviews with managers of the organization. As part of the research was further investigated by questionnaire survey of participating organizations, culture and searched for possible relationship between the implementation the supervision organization and levels of organizational culture. Empirical and theoretical part of this thesis is directed to the final discussion on supervision in the organization as an instrument of management development and change in organizations. Planning and realization of construction contract

This study dissertation deals with the planning and implementation of construction projects. The theoretical part gives the definition of project management structures, describes the compilation prices of construction work, time models of construction and construction tender documents. In the practical part is the description of the selected building sites, then the description deals with the alternative evalualing application of construction provided by budget program and planning documents. The aim is to evaluate the difference between the actual and alternative progress construction.
