V magisterské práci jsou popsány oblasti řízení neziskových organizací. V rámci akčního výzkumu byla shromážděna data související s konkrétní organizací zabývající se otázkou lidských práv v ČR. Na základě analýzy těchto dat byly organizaci doporučeny možné inovace jejího řízení. Diplomová práce je formulována pro neziskové organizace, které by chtěly získat ucelený přehled o možnostech svého řízení. Primárně je práce určena zmiňované neziskové organizaci zabývající se lidskoprávními otázkami v ČR, jíž poslouží jako podklad pro úvahu o vhodném způsobu svého řízení do budoucna. The master's thesis describes the management of non-profit organizations. In the action research, data related to a particular human rights organization were collected. Based on the analysis, the organization was recommended potential management improvements. The thesis is formulated for non-profit organizations that want to get a complex overview of their management possibilities. In particular, this thesis is addressed to the mentioned non-profit organization dealing with human rights in the country and it should serve as a material for consideration of appropriate management methods in the future.
