Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom a realizáciou projektu, ktorý definuje špecifický monitorovací systém pre potreby konkrétneho podniku. Na základe zvolených postupov a analýz vychádzajúcich z metodiky projektového managementu predkladá návrh pre integráciu, inováciu a zjednodušenie vybraných podnikových procesov. Tieto procesy patria pod jeden ucelený systém za účelom ušetrenia nákladov spojených s ich monitorovaním a vykonávaním. This master’s thesis is focused on the design and implementation of a project which defines a custom monitoring system for needs of a specific company. The design addresses the integration, innovation and simplification of selected company processes based on chosen procedures and analyses from the project management methodology. These processes belong to a single integrated system to save expenses connected with their monitoring and execution.
