The Theme of Sardinia in Poetry of Sebastiano Satta

(in English): The topic of this thesis is poetic work of the premier sardinian poet Sebastiano Satta, in particular thematic constants and reflection of Sardinia in his work. The first chapter is dedicated to the brief overview of historic, social and political context of Sardinia from the unification of Italy until the first world war. Following chapters ale focused on the personal life and work of writor and his integration to the basic context of italian literature at the turn of the 19th and 20th century and their influence to his poetry. After that is thoroughly analyzed poetic work of Sebastiano Satta. There are also chapters regarding the questions of the language and thematic constants in the poetry of the writor. Follows analysis of minor poetry and collections of poems in chronologic way, as Nella Terra dei Nuraghes, Versi ribelli, Canti barbaricini and Canti del Salto e della Tanca. After that follows chapter regarding reception of the writor's poetry. In the final chapter, based on these analysis are evaluated thematic constants and their progress in the course of collections of poems.
Aspirations of management students, the role of the mother - manager and social politics

The thesis deals with the issue of women in management. The theoretical part provides basic points and explains key concepts such as gender segregation of the labor market, discrimination of women in management, or barriers to women entering managerial positions, which are a fundamental problem of gender inequality in the labor market. Next is also described family policy, as an offshoot of social policy, to help women in harmonizing work and family. Research aims to find out how aspiring managers, management students, perceive this issue through semi-structured interviews that are processed by thematic analysis. Interpretation of the results then provides repertoires of roles that these women expect in life and description how they choose or combine among them and their attitude to these repertoires. The main findings of the work are the perception of discrimination on the grounds of maternity and the problematic combination of care and careers related to the insufficient provision of state childcare facilities. However, perceptions of other career barriers meets with a positive attitude, interviewees believe they do not face other disadvantages compared to men than motherhood.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the relationship between Johanna and her mother in the work Nahe Tage. Roman in einer Nacht by Angelika Overath. The first part covers a brief introduction to the topic of mother-daughter relationships in contemporary literature, language, psychology and the theory of sibling constellations. The main part focuses on the relationship analysis in the aforementioned novel. First and foremost, attention is given to the characterization of the mother, the way she brings her daughter up and her influence. The protagonists' roles in the family and their communication are mentioned as well. Last but not least, both main characters are described from the perspective of the theory of sibling constellations. The thesis might contribute to better understanding of the work and the topic of mother-daughter relationships. The diploma thesis deals with reflection of a picture of women- mothers in chosen hindu tales. Deals about motherhood in India on the base of literal characters of woman- mothers, analyses significant aspects of motherhood in India. Pays attention to influences of surrounding society and how they struggle with it. The thesis sources from original literature in hindi language and from other translations with taking account of original verses.
Time management of manager - mother

This thesis discuss the ways in which career-driven women balance their professional lives with that of their families, with focus on women working in managerial positions in healthcare facilities. As well as the definition of theoretical concepts, basic time management strategies and a close analysis of planning I., II., III., and IV. generations of time- management, attention will be given to the history of time management and the developmental needs of children. From the research point of view, the question: What strategies for balancing work and family do women in management positions working in healthcare rely on? Outlined in this work is the research plan, data collection, analysis and the summary of results. Also included is a chapter devoted to the ethical aspects of this research. Models of public family support by cash benefits. Comparative study of models in the Czech Republic, Finland and United Kingdom This thesis is a comparative study of different models of welfare available for the family unit in the Czech Republic, Finland and in the United Kingdom. It considers many different aspects, and in the first two chapters looks at what characterizes a family, the social strcutures that influenced the formation of the family unit, and existing European principles which formed the basis upon which family assistance was modeled. These principles are divided into solidarity, citizenship, corporate, and liberal. The ensuing chapters discuss family politics within the individual states. Chapters are divided into parts such as historic, present and organization of public family policy. Public welfare in the Czech Republic focuses on low-income households and distributing income assistance from public funds. In Finland family welfare is focused mainly on ensuring the healthy development development of children, which is made possible through financial assistance, family leave and programs offering help for families. Mother - drug user as client of OSPOD

Background: This thesis is based on the increasing number of mothers (using addictive substances), which are appearing in social services, particularly in the Authority For Social And Legal Protection Of Children Specificity of mothers using addictive substances requires a special approach by addictology services. It begs a question, whether such specifics as to meet workers of ASPLC in cooperation with these mothers. The aim of this thesis is to describe the specifics of the work ASPLC with these mothers. Other aims are to determine how the cooperation between the two sides takes place, whether and which problems can occure in cooperation with these mothers and describe the procedure for the removing of children of these mothers and the possible impact of abusing ilegal substances on the need for the children removing. Methodology: Respondents for the research were selected using the purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted 11 workers of ASPLC and three mothers using addictive substances). Data were obtained by using of a semi-structured interview. Data were prepared for the analysis by transcription and coding, for which I used elements of the cluster method.
