Formula student battery pack
Lysák, Jakub ; Václavek, Pavel (referee) ; Veselý, Libor (advisor)
The thesis deals with the selection of a suitable battery cell for the high-voltage battery of a Formula Student Electric racing car. Based on laboratory measurements, a mathematical model of the cell is identified. The model implemented on the battery management system is capable of estimating the state of charge under dynamically changing conditions during a race.
Monitoring of influence of individual segments of a teaching unit on physical education on fitness of girls from seventh of elememntary school
Floriánová, Linda ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee)
Title: Monitoring of influence of individual segments of a teaching unit of physical education on fitness of girls from seventh grade of elementary school. Aim: The aim of the empirical part is to monitor the proportional representation of the motoric activities during the time given in the lessons of physical education of the seventh grade girls, and along with the chosen methods of testing of these individuals, to prove or disprove possible influence of the composition of the P.E. lessons on the chosen segments of their fitness. Methods: Various methods were used for testing the considered sample. These were the standardized motoric tests (intense forward bend when sitting, place-jump with legs together, endurance in a pull-up, hand grip) which investigate the chosen segments of the fitness. Another method used was the bioimpedance which measures the parameters of body composition. The data were recollected quantitatively and the results were also processed quantitatively by means of statistic parameters, such as arithmetic mean, variation span and determinative deviation. Results: From the results of the work emerged that as far as the chosen motoric activities and their influence on the chosen segments of the fitness are concerned, during the time given only the segment of flexibility in...
Security of Work with Electronic Data in Industrial Enterprises
Žáčková, Eliška ; Šisler, Vít (advisor) ; Souček, Martin (referee)
The aim of this thesis is not only to characterise the key terms related to this field, but also to analyse the possible solutions to the area in a particular industrial enterprise in the Czech Republic by means of a case study which is a reliable method of qualitative research. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the terms such as information, electronic data, know-how, enterprise information systems, cybercrime, and cyberterrorism are defined. The practical part drawing on the theoretical part gives a thorough analysis of the initial state of an industrial enterprise in food industry. Furthermore, it deals with the implementation of the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) which is considered a possible solution to the security of work with electronic data in industrial enterprise.
Molecular mechanisms of fibroblastoid cell phenotype transitions:dedifferentiation of myofibroblasts and influencing of invasiveness and metastasis of sarcoma
Kosla, Jan
Fibroblasts are the principal cellular component of the connective tissue. They are a heterogeneous group of cells which contribute to the structure of connective tissue and wound healing by their ability to produce extracellular matrix (ECM). Fibroblasts and cells derived from them are involved in many pathological processes such as formation of malignant tumors and fibrosis. Tumor progression which finally leads to metastasis is a serious biomedical problem. There is a growing body of the recent evidence showing an important role of the tumor stroma and its interaction with cancer cells in cancer progression. Tumor stroma comprises mainly of myofibroblasts and their products, namely ECM, soluble factors, and enzymes. Myofibroblasts contribute more or less to all steps of cancer progression. Furthermore myofibroblasts play a key role in fibrosis, another serious human disease which is not efficiently treatable and which is associated with cancer progression. These facts made us to search for molecular means capable of eliminating the myofibroblastic phenotype. We succeeded to entirely dedifferentiate primary myofibroblasts by concomitant inhibition of TGFβ signaling and perturbation of MAPK signaling in a chick model that we have introduced. Malignant fibroblasts form sarcomas. ECM is the first...
Efficiency improvement proposal of the holes intersection machining technology
Čaňo, Lubomír ; Šaloušek, David (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the efficiency improvement proposal of the deburring technology of the edge of the holes intersection inside of the given part. In the introductory chapter it deals with the introduction of Česká zbrojovka a.s. company, where the creation of this thesis took place. The definition of the fire guns, some of the special products of the CZUB a.s. company and the description of the given part are following. The third chapter contains the description of the current manufacturing process. In the second part the proposals of the possible technologies are listed along with their current state. In the end a technical-economic evaluation is accomplished.
Algorithms for factorization of integers of particular form
Lorenc, Filip ; Příhoda, Pavel (advisor) ; Růžička, Pavel (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with three factorization algorithms - Pollard p-1 method, Williams p+1 method and elliptic curve method ECM. This work aims to describe these algorithms theoretically and then compare them on real inputs. For each algorithm we describe its basic and extended version and then we derive their time complexity. In the first chapter we define B-powersmooth and B-smooth number and we state their approximation. The second, third and fourth chapter is about description of algorithms and in the last chapter we compare their effectiveness and performance. A part of the work contains basic theory about elliptic curves, which is necessary in ECM. There is also included a program containing all these algorithms.
Document classification methodology in the company as part of ECM
Kučerová Zrálíková, Václava ; Střížová, Vlasta (advisor) ; Braun, Vojtěch (referee)
At present companies are facing to a problem of treating huge amount of company`s content. There is needed to provide correct metadata to the documents to enable its qualified classifying during a whole life cycle of the document. The target of this diploma thesis puts emphasis on a proposal of the classifying methodology of the customer`s documents, while intercepting a proposal of the process of classifying, testing and support or even enhancement. Topic of this thesis is unique while it is based on the combination of the IT and librarian`s technologies. Methodology also consists a proposal of a subject retrieval language and a proposal of IT services, which are going to ensure the quality of the provided classification. The thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical one explains the basic terms, theory of classifying and standards, legislature, which all together have the important influence on the field. The practical part includes itself the methodology.
Elliptic curves and primality testing
Haníková, Adéla ; Drápal, Aleš (advisor) ; Šťovíček, Jan (referee)
The aim of the thesis is to desribe and implement the elliptic curve factorization method using curves in Edwards form. The thesis can be notionally divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theory of Edwards curves especially with properties of elliptic function fields. The second part deals with the factorization algorithm using Edwards form both formally and practically in the way the algorithm is really implemented. The contribution of this thesis is the enclosed implementation of the elliptic curve factorisation algorithm which can be run on a graphic card and which is faster than the state-of-the-art implementation GMP-ECM.
