The objective of the thesis is an increase of competitiveness of the company and successful management. The first part of the thesis is focused on a summary of teoretical knowledge, which is concerning given problems. In the next part of the thesis there is the SWOT analysis, Porter analysis and analysis of marketing mix. On the basis of the analysis of the company there are some possible solutions suggested.

The work consists of three parts. In the first part I will focus only on the theoretical part of the issue of business and building a business. The second part contains mainly analyzes of customers and competitors. The third part contains a design of a gluten-free pizzeria based on the findings from the previous two parts.
