Comparison of education methods in education, prison and health services

The master thesis deals with further education and training in the fields of prison and health services and education. It describes which methods are required in further education and why they can contribute to more efficient planning of education in the particular areas. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of lifelong learning, analyzes the similarities and differences in the understanding of lifelong learning in strategic documents. Education forms an important part of human resources development and its efficiency depends on the choice of suitable teaching methods and on understanding learners' motivations. In theory, it surveys also training in the particular areas. The findings from the theoretical part are based on the practical part of the degree work, which forms the main point. This practical part is based on the opinions of the employees that have been identified through a questionnaire. The results provide information not only about the specifics of the education methods used in the monitored areas, but also about mutual similarities, and they get closer to the main motivating factors for education. Development of soft skills trainers competencies: creating educational concepts

This thesis is devoted to the theme of the development of competencies of soft skills trainers. A special attention has been paid to the various roles that a trainer has when performing his/her job and the related competencies that are essential for high-quality mastering of this profession. The focal points are the possibilities of development of trainers' teaching competence within formal and informal education that a trainer has during preparatory as well as further education of trainers with special emphasis on the methods that can be employed to achieve this education. The empiric part of this thesis maps the ways of acquiring trainer's competencies as they occur in practice, their connection with further professional development. At the same time it verifies the suitability of the methods that are used to develop competencies. Based on the analysis of information provided by the respondents and study of relevant literature, a methodological concept of education of a trainer has been developed.

Designing a Solution for the Problematics of new Employee Induction in the Remand Prison Prague-Ruzyně

Fast and high quality implementation of adaptation process in an organisation is beneficial not only for the organisation, but also for its new employees. Managing such adaptation process is beneficial for the organisation mainly after the employee has achieved an adequate level in their work performance. From the employee's point of view fast and high-quality adaptation improves competency and accelerates learning processes. This thesis focuses on reviewing the existing process of adaptation of new employees in the Remand Prison Prague-Ruzyně by means of searching obstacles that can slow down or impede this process. The theoretical part deals with an introduction into human resources management and focuses on company learning and development, its methods and forms. It also defines the following terms: adaptation process, adaptation and orientation in the relation towards new employees in the organisation. The first part is concluded by a chapter describing specific environment of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and mainly by the Remand Prison Prague-Ruzyně and the recruitment and education of new members. Development of creative skills of managers This graduation thesis deals with the creativity of managers as an essential condition to increase the productivity of a business. The first part of my thesis looks at the concept of creativity, including the concept of creativity as a process and complex of abilities. Apart from the above-stated, it contains a description of a biological-psychosocial model of creativity. The first part concludes that creativity development is possible. The second part of my thesis focuses on the issues of manager creativity and its importance. Attention is paid to internal and external barriers of creativity which can be removed to some degree by using the training methods of a lecturer and individual techniques of a manager. The end of my thesis shows a list of basic conditions of creativity development in an organisation. This knowledge can be used by lecturers training adults, managers or HR staff members.

This thesis is about the issues of education and development of employees in the company Information call center. The main objective of this work is to characterize and evaluate the current state of education in society operators Information call center. The thesis is in two parts. The first part, theoretical part, the work provides basic information from the area of staff training and development. They explain the basic things related to education. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of the selected company and their own research. For information needed method was used standardized interview and questionnaire. They have been established conclusions about the current education system and proposed recommendations, which should lead to improvement.
Evaluation of the educational systems in the companies in the Czech republic

Employee education alongside with skilled employees motivated to further development is currently becoming both an important part in the development of companies and a significant competition advantage in all markets worldwide. The aim of this thesis is to analyze educational systems in Czech companies and to evaluate the educational process of employees. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical one and practical one. The first part deals with defining theoretical concepts related to education, the theory of corporate education and trends in corporate education. The second part is focused on the research of corporate education in Czech companies. The research is based on the internal documentation and interviews with the HR representatives in the company HOCHTIEF CZ, and interviews with experts in the field of corporate education from the company DMC management consulting.

Management of Education of Employees in Organisation

This diploma thesis is focused on the management of educational process in a particular organization. Knowledge, skills and abilities of employees are often the only source of company's competative advantage. Therefore, the issue of employees' education is becoming the key topic of company's management. The main goal of this work is to identify and evaluate the educational system in the settings of the DIAMO organization, a state owned company, its subsidiary plant of Mining and Refining, and in case of finding of possible problems to suggest the appropriate measures and changes in the educational process. This is achieved by the analysis of the company's internal documents, quantitative survey plus qualitative research performed in the form of interviews with the managers. The result of this procedure is the finding of existence of the systematic, repetative and effective educational process, whereas the eployees' attitude is predominantly positive. On the other hand, weeknesses are seen in the absence of some thematic areas of education, in some employees, who consider further education unnecessary, and in the fact that the key empoyees reach retirement age, and with their departure the company loses valuable skills and know-how. On the basis of these findings there has been suggested regular professional excursions for employees, improvement of internal motivation of employees to education via the individual approach of managers towards each worker, and securing the continuing of know-how by sharing the knowledge among the different groups of employees.
Staff Training & Development in Selected Company

The thesis Education and development of employees in a selected company is focused on analyzing the current situation of the education system and staff development at Komercni banka a .s.. The main objective is to evaluate the problems of the current situation, specifically propose recommendations for improvement based on the findings. For this purpose a survey, ie. Questionnaires and personal interviews with banking advisors, on the basis of which is determined by the bank employee satisfaction with the current process of education and development. Based on the results of the evaluation will be to design a solution for process improvement training and development banks. The result of this survey is used to design measures, which are the introduction of regular educational activities that serve to simplify negotiations and solving the problems of the employees. These measures will help to guide employees on the market, leading to greater competitiveness, while education employees, better communication supervisor and subordinate. In the final context serves to improve the state of education employees in the bank and a development plan.
