European Union information policy at the time of the Bangemann's activities in comparison with USA

(in English) The thesis "Information Policy of European Union in Bangemann's activities period in comparison with USA" is devoted to the Information policy issue applied by the European Union and the United States of America. The thesis structure is defined at the earliest; afterwards the basic terms are followed. The thesis describes the European Union history, which provides context needed to be able to understand the European Union Information policy. The description and evaluation of the European Information policy in Bangemann's activities period in comparison with USA in the same time period and the possibility of mutual utilization of pros of the Information policy of both countries is the aim of this thesis. The following part is occupied with the comparison of EU and USA Information policy at the beginning of 21st century.
Teacher's concept of aims and approach to educational process

The thesis deals with teacher's concept of education. It monitors this phenomenon in the historical context and social development. Actual investigations from different domestic and foreign specialists are summarized. As it turns out, teacher's concept of education is a question which deserves high attention these days. The view on teacher's concept of education has often changed a lot over time. Similarly, the approach to the aims in the education as one of its component converted. At the beginning of the third millennium, when in the context of educational aims, it is spoken about skills and competences, it is more than desirable to understand and embrace this topic entirely.

Subsidiarity in EU law English Summary / Abstract The upcoming 30th anniversary of the Maastricht treaty is an opportunity to celebrate but also to critically evaluate the overall success of this significant political step towards deeper European integration. The Maastricht treaty incorporated the Principle of Subsidiarity as a general principle of law into the EU legal system. The Principle of Subsidiarity was intended as a safeguard against a creeping centralization and federalization of the alliance and a means of regulating the exercise of the Union's non-exclusive powers. Thirty years of experience is a good time to evaluate the success and fulfillment of that mission. This is all the more pertinent in 2021 as the EU finds itself on the threshold of a new public debate about the future of Europe. The Principle of Subsidiarity underwent several textual changes on the way to being anchored in the Treaties. Despite these changes the case law of the ECJ has remained for unclear reasons underdeveloped in comparison with other issues and areas of judicial review. The original emphasis placed on a judicial review of the fulfillment of substantial conditions and ex-post control of the principle has lately shifted to the ex-ante procedural one. Unfortunately, even this change did not bring the expected results....
Analysis of coherence of sports diplomacy in comparison with Hungary

Title: Analysis of coherence of sports diplomacy in the Czech Republic in comparison with Hungary. Objectives: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is based on the information obtained and analyzes to find out how institutions in the Czech Republic and Hungary use the organization of large sporting events to present in the field of sports diplomacy. Methods: The bachelor's thesis used qualitative methods, which were used to obtain the necessary data. It was both an analysis of secondary data, which was performed from internal sources, which were provided for the purposes of this work, and unstructured interviews, which were used to communicate with selected members of the Czech and Hungarian Olympic Committees. All these methods were finally completed and the collected data were applied to the comparative analysis. Results: The results of the work prove the high degree of presentation of the state brand through the organization of an international sporting event in both cases of EYOF. At the same time, the results show that Hungary was able to use more elements than the Czech Republic to present its brand. However, in none of the examined cases was the maximum use of all aspects included in the comparison for the presentation of the state brand. Keywords: sport diplomacy, nation branding, partaker,...
The Use of Methods of the Project Management in Company

This bachelor thesis deals with the project in the company Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o., specifically in the plant Horní Adršpach. This plant is engaged in manufacturing of washer systems. My final thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the procedure for project implementation, in the practical part is this procedure applied to a specific project. The third part contains a proposal to improve the situation in the case of project implementation.

Předmětem bakalářské práce je téma využití projektového managementu na reálném trhu. Nejdříve budou popsány teoretické souvislosti projektového management jako například fáze projektu, SMART cíl a další techniky a metody projektového managementu. V následující části bude uvedena charakteristiku společnosti AUTONOVA BRNO, s.r.o., a také analýza současného stavu společnosti pomocí SWOT analýzy. Dále budou využity teoretické znalosti projektového management, které budou následně aplikovány při řešení konkrétního projektu, a to konání marketingové akce pro společnost AUTONOVA BRNO, s.r.o. za účelem přiblížit problematiku a výhody elektromobilů návštěvníkům, a tedy i potenciálním zákazníkům. Během akce se díky dvěma workshopům představí modely Škoda Superb iV a Škoda CityGo iV.
Benefits of project management

The main goal of the diploma thesis is to analyze whether a selected company uses efficient project management on a specific project and, if necessary, to propose changes in the project management of the selected project that would have a positive impact on its results. Based on the evaluated benefits of the proposed changes, establish recommendations summarizing further steps in improving project management in the company. The output of the analytical part are selected shortcomings (deviations from the PRINCE2 methodology), which had a negative impact on the objectives and financial results of the project. The following chapter deals with the proposal of changes in accordance with the PRINCE2 medotics, which should replace the selected shortcomings and the evaluation of the benefits of these changes. In the end, a recommendation for the company is set and the limitations of the research are listed.
