Analysis of supply of travel agency Exim tours

The thesis is focused on an analysis of supply of travel agency Exim tours. First, basic terms are defined, then a travel agency and its roles are generally characterized and conditions of running travel agencies are mentioned. Second, a specificity of tourism market is described. In the following part, the travel agency Exim tours is presented and its supply of holiday packages and services are described in detail. Responses to a financial crisis and to a swine flu are also mentioned. In the last past, the whole supply of the travel agency is evaluated.
Creation of a holiday package in the context of domestic tourism

This thesis is focused on issues relating to the activities of travel agencies, namely the creation of the product in the context of domestic tourism. Its aim is to create a holiday package that will be able to compete in the competition and will enjoy the interest of many people. The southern part of the Pilsner region is the final destination, it has a big potential for a tourism developlment due to numerous historical sights and beauties of nature.
Package tour to Slovenia (outgoing tourism)

Tour operators are in charge of creating and organising package tours for those who are interested in travelling and exploring new places. Such organising package tour is a process of several actions such as booking accomodation, transport, composing tour schedule etc. The main aim of this project is to create such package tour to Slovenia that will be able to compete with other package tours similar to this one and to extend the supply of package tours to Slovenia in the market. Package tour to Slovenia in this project is primarily focused on slight hiking combined with exploring new places and getting to know cultural, historical and natural attractions of this country, which has a great potential in developing tourism and has many things to offer. People who take part in this package tour will admire beauties of nature in Triglav national park, Bled and its surroundings and Bohinj. Further they will visit stud farm in Lipica, Postojna and Skocjan caves, Ljubljana, coastal towns Piran and Portorose and many other places that are worth seeing.
Preparation of a bike tour in the Central Bohemia region

The aim of the thesis was to prepare a bike tour in the Central Bohemia region. The first chapter is focused on the basic terms in the field of cycling tourism and it also describes the situation of the cycling infrastructure in the Czech Republic. The second chapter is devoted to theoretic description of inclusive tour preparation. The aplied part of the thesis is represented by the third chapter, which is devoted to the own bike tour. It contents general information about the bike tour, the type of its organization, detailed itinerary description including characteristics of the destination and cost calculation with price making. In cooperation with the Adventura holiday company the author of the thesis managed to prepare low-cost incoming bike tour, which is focused on exploring the eastern part of the Central Bohemia region.
Analysis of tour operators’ supply in reference to selected territory - Slovakia

The diploma work analyses the Czech tour operators' supply in reference to the territory of Slovakia. The work finds out, what kind of tours tour operators offer and if there are differences among the tours. The tour operators' supply is then compared with the primary tourist supply of Slovakia. Its goal is to evaluate how much the tour operators' supply covers the potential of selected territory. In addition a survey in the form of a questionnaire is used to find out why Czech citizens don't use tour operators' services when traveling to Slovakia.
The Application of Marketing Management in CK SANTINI Tour

Thesis discusses the aplication of marketing activities within the marketing management in a small travel agency SANTINI Tour. The first part of the work is intent on the formulation of basic theoretical background. Marketing and process of marketing management is described below with regard to the specific product - services in tourism. In the second part of the work there is briefly described the selected travel agency - SANTINI Tour. The process of marketing management is applied to this travel agency. The main part is focused on analyzing the process of marketing management in CK SANTINI Tour. It is expected, there is not whole spektrum of processes that have been described in theory in so small travel agency. The owner adapted this system during the years to their own needs. At the end of this thesis, there is suggested several proposals, which solved the most serious embarrassment in the process of marketing management in CA SANTINI Tour. The clear and distinct strategy is completely missing. The product is unchanged for a long time. So it does not reflect the new requirements of customers. The absence of control is the major deficiency. Because of that, the travel agency does not have valuable feedback.
Consumer protection in tourism

My Bachelor's degree work deals with the consumer protection and basic terms relating to tourism. Futhermore it analyses contractual relationships between travel agencies and their customers, especially with the focus on their rights and obligations. The practical part of my workis focused on Andante Travel Agency and on the quality of the services they provide for their customers.
Analysis of customers' satisfaction with services of travel agency

The diploma thesis underlines the necessity of the continual analysis of customers' satisfaction in the sphere of tourism services. The definition of the tourism services, the focus on the customer and the measurement method of his satisfaction are explained in the theoretical part of the diploma thesis. In the practical part, the satisfaction of the customers of the concrete travel agency is analyzed by the questionnaire.
Offer analysis of the travel agency Melissa Travel

Bachelor thesis pursues the offer analysis of the travel agency Melissa Travel. The opening part is based on theoretical conception, where all the basic terms are defined. There is specified the market area, where the power belongs to the travel agency. The advantages coming out of free market are highlighted. There are determined the elementary legislative conditions, that necessarily must be followed by travel agency. The term "offer" is defined and clarified both on the general and detailed level. Practical part is based on product analysis. The product is meant by services, that are prepared by the travel agency Melissa Travel and offered to it's clients. There are investigated basic services and it's complements as well as product price, that is seen as a specific part of the offer. Outer analysis is exploring the ways of distribution and propagation used by travel agency Melissa Travel. On the basis of accomplished analysis the profil of travel agency Melissa Travel is defined and the target type (the client, that travel agency orientates it's activity on) of it's customer is specified.
Získávání dat pro multimediální prezentace cestovních kanceláří

Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit internetové prezentace vybraných tuzemských cestovních kanceláří zejména z hlediska interaktivity a využívání multimediálních prvků. Navrhnout možná řešení jak získávat potřebná data pro tyto prezentace a jaké úskalí může s sebou toto získávání dat přinášet. Celá práce je rozdělena do tří logických částí. V první části vybíráme metody pro srovnávání webů cestovních kanceláří, cílový segment ke kterému toto srovnávání vztahujeme a konečně provádíme i samotný výběr konkrétních cestovních kanceláří. Druhá část práce se pak věnuje srovnáváním internetových stránek cestovních kanceláří dle kritérií, které jsme si určili v první části práce. Řešením hlavního nedostatku, chybějícími multimediálními a interaktivními prezentacemi, jenž vyplývá z toho srovnávání, se dále zabýváme ve třetí části práce.
