Práce je zaměřena na analýzu cestovní kanceláře Exim tours. Nejprve jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, poté je obecně charakterizována cestovní kancelář, její funkce a jsou přiblíženy podmínky podnikání cestovních kanceláří. Dále jsou popsána specifika trhu cestovního ruchu. V další části je představena cestovní kancelář Exim tours a podrobně popsána její nabídka zájezdů a služby při nich poskytované. V práci se nacházejí i zmínky o reagování na finanční krizi a prasečí chřipku. V závěrečné části je celá nabídka cestovní kanceláře zhodnocena. The thesis is focused on an analysis of supply of travel agency Exim tours. First, basic terms are defined, then a travel agency and its roles are generally characterized and conditions of running travel agencies are mentioned. Second, a specificity of tourism market is described. In the following part, the travel agency Exim tours is presented and its supply of holiday packages and services are described in detail. Responses to a financial crisis and to a swine flu are also mentioned. In the last past, the whole supply of the travel agency is evaluated.
