Marketing Strategy of the Insurance Company Maxima

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of marketing strategy of an insurance company Maxima pojišťovna, a.s. and its aim is to asses current strategy and to propose recommendations for its improvement. In the theoretical part of the thesis I describe how is a marketing strategy made and I also cover the content of distribution strategy, price strategy, product strategy and communication strategy. In the practical part I focus on the Maxima's marketing strategy and I describe its products, distribution, prices and especially communication strategy. After presenting Maxima's marketing strategy I evaluate it and I also propose some recommendations how to make it more effective.
The proposal of the promotional strategy of Brudra Ltd. company

The aim of my thesis, the proposal of the communication strategy of Brudra Ltd. company, is to analyze and consequently determine the process of creation of the promotional strategy for this company, which is not in place yet. In order to verify the public awareness of this company were used the questionnaires, the other part was checking the quality of services provided in a small detail shops belonging to the company with a method called Mystery shopping. As the outcome will be the merging of the results of the previous mentioned methods, thank to which we will be able to focus on the weak points and gaps in the promotion, followed by its cohesive and unification, including any possible recommendations. The proposal should serve as a sort of guide for setting up the marketing plan for the future.
Marketing and communication strategy of the company Linde Material Handling Czech Republic s.r.o.

The object of the bachelor thesis "Marketing and communication strategy of the company Linde Material Handling Czech Republic s.r.o." is to analyze the present marketing and communication strategy of this company and to recommend improvement on the basis of my own research. The theoretical part characterises marketing, marketing mix, marketing environment, image, identity and research methods using definitions in specialized textbooks. The practical part introduces the company Linde Material Handling Czech Republic s.r.o. and analyzes its marketing environment, communication strategy, image and identity. In the end of the practical part, there are interpreted questionnaires gained through field study. Recommendations for changes in marketing and communication strategy of the company were suggested on the basis of these questionnaires.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current marketing and communication strategy of the company Lackfolie s.r.o. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. As for the theoretical part, it deals with the notion of marketing, it describes the overall marketing process and the individual parts of the marketing mix. In the first chapter of the practical part the company Lackfolie s.r.o. is presented. It is followed by the strategic analysis and the desription of the current corporate strategy. The last chapter concentrates on the recommendations connected to the marketing and communication strategy.
Communication Strategy of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant

The thesis deals with the communication of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant. Nuclear sources of energy are currently a sensitive issue. The planned extension of the Temelín NPP is also a frequently discussed topic in the Czech Republic; it affects many stakeholders and faces increased public and media interest. The goal of the thesis is to create a communication strategy of the Temelín NPP targeted to the public. The draft of the strategy is based on the conclusions of the SWOT analysis focused on the Temelín NPP communication, furthermore, on the analysis of selected online communication tools used by the Temelín NPP, and mainly on the quantitative survey conducted with the purpose to find out the actual public perception of the Temelín NPP and the public attitude to nuclear energy in general. The strategy also uses the knowledge of the company ČEZ media analysis and the findings of the sociological survey among inhabitants of the area close to Temelín compiled by STEM/MARK research agency.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of marketing and communication strategy of the Bernard Family Brewery. The aim is to assess the current strategy and to propose practical recommendations for the future. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the basic concepts of marketing, creating marketing and communication strategy, using well-known tools and methods. In the practical part is presented the analyzed company and its product portfolio. The thesis is based on the evaluation of the current use and application of marketing and communication strategy. In conclusion, on the basis of evaluated data, are made corresponding recommendations and possible changes.
Intenzifikace sběru‚ dopravy a třídění komunálního odpadu

Předběžné výsledky projektu: 1. Dílčí projekt Stanovení skladby TKO - ve 4 vybraných lokalitách jsou pravidelně měsíčně odebírány vzorky a prováděny analýzy podle schválených metodik. 2. Dílčí projekt Analýza systémů sběru a třídění odpadů - byl proveden návrh kritérií na hodnocení systémů a návrh metody na objektivní hodnocení systémů. Pro potřebu úkolu byl sestaven dotazník sloužící ke sběru dat o nakládání s TKO v obcích a městech. Pro vyhodnocení dotazníků byl zpracován software. Byl proveden průzkum veřejného mínění. 3. Dílčí projekt Ekologické hodnocení druhotných surovin - byly specifikovány jednotlivé druhy surovin z hlediska ekologického hodnocení (inventarizační analýza) a byla zahájena spolupráce se zpracovatelským průmyslem. 4. Dílčí projekt Matematický optimalizační model - byla zpřesněna infrastruktura modelu a bylo provedeno odladění základního programového modulu pro optimalizaci svozu odpadu pro oblast Benešov. 5. Dílčí projekt Komunikační strategie - publikace projektu a jeho prozatímních výsledků.

V roce 2001 proběhlo informační šetření s cílem získat maximum informací o recyklačních programech. Všeobecně uznávanými hodnotitelskými metodami byl proveden výběr komodit. Ve spolupráci s Podnikatelskou fakultou VUT Brno byl řešen systémový a logistický přístup ke zdůvodnění recyklace (dílčí úkol Logistika je uveden v příloze. Součástí projektu je komunikační strategie, která je orientována na proces prezentace výsledků řešení projektu.
