This bachelor thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of the company Vasky Trade s.r.o. The performance of the company is assessed for the period from 2018 to 2022 using financial analysis tools and analysis of the external environment. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which includes a description of specific methods and procedures for conducting the analysis, and a practical part, where these procedures are applied. In conclusion, these analyses are evaluated, and adequate improvement suggestions are made for any insufficient values.

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení předání moci v malém rodinném podniku Schmidt Reality. Nejdříve definuje a vysvětluje základní pojmy související s procesem předání moci a řízením rodinných podniků. Dále se podrobně zaměřuje na specifika a výzvy spojené s předáním vedení v malých rodinných podnicích, zejména v realitním sektoru. V práci jsou prováděny strategické analýzy zaměřené na optimální přístupy k předání moci, s cílem zajistit hladký přechod a udržet kontinuitu a stabilitu podniku v rámci realitního odvětví.

This thesis focuses on the marketing mix of a particular brewery. The structure of the thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and design. The theoretical part provides definitions of key concepts from the field of marketing and presents selected analytical methods. In the analytical section, the characteristics of the investigated brewery are performed and individual analyzes are performed. The proposal part follows on from the findings and results from the analytical part and brings concrete proposals for adjusting the marketing mix of this brewery

This master thesis deals with the processes of the order process in the selected company Alcadrain s.r.o., which operates on the market as a manufacturer of sanitary equipment. The master thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part defines the partial theoretical background within the chosen topic, the second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the selected company and last but not least the suggestions for improvement in the problematic segments are completely described.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the selected company VFS Trading s.r.o., based on the financial statements for the period 2018 and 2022 using the methods of financial analysis, which are discussed in detail in the theoretical part of the thesis. The obtained results are then compared with a suitable benchmark firm in the same line of business. Based on this data, proposals are formulated to improve the current financial situation of the company, including the conditions and timetable for the implementation of the proposal.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the financial situation of the company "Koření, s.r.o." in the period 2018-2022. The first part focuses on the theory required for financial analysis itself. The analytical part deals with the analysis of Koření, s.r.o. and its competitor Pěkný-Unimex, s.r.o., some of the results of the two companies are further compared with each other. Data for financial analysis are used from financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow and internal company information) for each year. The last part is focused on my created proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.
