The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of extending the motivation system of Bosch Diesel company. The theoretical part summarizes the findings concerning employee motivation. Subsequently, an analytical part is created using internal sources of the company and a questionnaire survey.
Options for the personal development of a worker in social services

Personal development of employees in social services represents a significant preventive potential in terms of avoiding work related exhaustion. It helps safeguard human resources for the profession which is not fullly appreciated in both respects, financial and prestigious. The main problem in the field of social services is a lack of information namely in terms of further personal development of the social workers. This doctoral thesis aims to describe causes, manifestations and consequences of the exhaustion. It also focuses on alternatives which enable prevention of negative impacts of the occupational load. The purpose of this academic paper is to facilitate study at an accredited course for its students as well as teachers and other educational community. Theoreticaly approached document derives its information from both professional literature and popular psychological readings. This writing refers to a thesis which mentions a seminar on the personal development for social service employees. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to make a proposal how a manager should develop himself, what abilities are necessary to emphasise and what the key features of the right manager are. The theoretical part deals with the manager issues and manager development. It solves and tries to answer the question how the manager should develop himself and what he should do for his personal development. The result of this thesis is my own proposal and recommendation for a young ambitious manager. This proposal has been based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.
The use of neurolinguistic programming at public service employees

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis summarizes the most important findings of neurolinguistic programming. It also contains a description of selected techniques. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the NLP with techniques applied in practice for the development of soft skills of inspectors of the State Office for Nuclear Safety. This goal was achieved through unstructured interviews and the study of internal documents, working materials and course texts. The thesis also contains semi-structured questionnaire, supplemented by information obtained by unstructured interview with inspectors and other communication with them. This questionnaire explores the opinion of inspectors on soft skills education, neuro-linguistic programming, and interest in further training in these areas.
Analysis of the content of work performance of pedagogical workers in pre-primary education

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the governance of educational staff output in the nursery environment. The thesis highlights the need for governance based on the control of human resources agreed between the nursery director and the educational staff regarding the future work output. The theoretical part is concerned with the interactions between governance and personal work effort. The key terms of personal work effort, governance and the content of work output are defined in accordance with expert literature. The practical part deals with research investigations within the nursery environment with the aim of analysing the governance of educational staff. It will provide information as to whether nursery directors have formal governance contract in place with their staff with respect to the expected work output and whether the educational staff have a plan of personal development. It will additionaly analyse how both nursery directors and educational staff use the assessment of their future work and whether the staff are provided with feedback. A questionnaire will be used to enable the research. Based on the questionnaire results a semi-structured interview with the nursery director and analysis of nursery documents will be conducted.
Mentoring in the school environment, the Czech Republic, focusing on possible barriers to its use

The diploma thesis deals with one of the professional support - mentoring, its use in education and its models and consequently its risks. The aim of this work is to determine what barriers both general and specific type appear in the use of mentoring programs in schools and to create overview. The need for a comprehensive view were approached respondents who are most often confronted with mentoring or experiencing a particular experience. They are mentors, mentoring, along with school principals. The combination of these perspectives creates expert insight on the themes explored. Mentoring opens new horizons in education, the theoretical part of us familiar with the development and insights into this unique professional support. It refers to the introduction of this phenomenon difficult to practice, supported by mistrust and low awareness by teaching the public. Research is based on the information available in the literature, the outputs mentoring associations and organizations of articles or contributions from professional journals. Concept for Motivational System Change in a Selected Company

The aim of this Master's thesis is to propose changes of motivational system in the company. Theoretical part describes motivational theory concepts including information about motivational systems efficiency. Empirical part is focused on analysis of motivational system. First there was an interview with human resources manager, who gave us information about characteristics and motivational system of this company. Second step was to find out more opinions from employees, therefore it was necessary to realize a research in form of questionnaire. Final outcome of this thesis is to recommend some changes of current motivational system. These proposals will minimize the most likely causes of labour fluctuation and it will also increase the satisfaction with particular aspects of motivational system.
