The Proposal of Foriegn Market Entry Strategy

The aim of the diploma thesis is to suggest a strategy for an expansion of the selected company on a foreign market. This company is based in Brno and it‘s core business is selling women‘s fashion. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part concerns the main aspects of the problem, the aim of the thesis and the methods used in order to achieve it. The theoretical part introduces the basic theoretic concepts of the researched matter. This part is followed by a description of an external and internal environment. The last part of the thesis consists of some suggestions and proposed solutions which includes a financial plan as well.

Practical part consists of an analysis of internal and external factors of examined company, on which the choice of specific market for expansion including the form of entering is based. At the end of the thesis, there is also an analysis of risks which can influence entering foreign market.

The thesis is divided into four main parts. The introductory part defines the problem to be solved, the main objective and describes the methods used to solve the thesis. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of the chosen problem. The analytical part consists of the characteristic of the company and the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. The last design part contains the actual solution proposals and economic evaluation including the planned schedule of activities.

Proposal of Online Marketing Campaign for a Company Expanding on a Foreign Market

The thesis focuses on the proposal of an online marketing campaign for a company expanding into the Polish market using growth hacking and the PAVORD marketing framework. The theoretical part is devoted to definition of basic concepts in the areas of online marketing, Facebook Ads Manager and advertising campaign reporting. The analytical part is dedicated to the introduction of the project, analysis of the current state, the marketing mix of the company and research on the correlation and causality of selected metrics on the success of advertising posts. The proposal part presents how to use the collected data for campaign proposal, setting up processes for managing and evaluating ad posts trough the growth hacker app.
Single-stage steam turbine

This bachelor thesis deal with project for single-stage steam turbine specified to the steam reduction station combined thermal cycle. Involvement rotary reduction is elective, to was enough exploited steam power. For the specified parameters was proposed designed the acceptable conception of turbo-generator with a direct connection to an asynchronous generator. The most important part work is the thermodynamic calculation of the flow part whose aim is achieve maximum efficiency and operation of turbines. To increase in efficiency and on the basis engeged turns is considered using of bandage. Also is effected the choice of acceptable steam paddings.

The proposal part recommends specific ways for the company to enter the UK market through the identified factors.
