Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je formulování strategie vstupu společnosti ZKL, a.s. na maďarský trh. Teoretická část shrnuje nejnovější poznatky z literatury v oblasti strategické analýzy a expanze společnosti na zahraniční trh. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na představení společnosti ZKL, a.s. a prezentuje výsledky strategické a finanční analýzy. V návrhové části je formulována strategie vstupu společnosti na maďarský trh. The main aim of this thesis is to formulate the strategy of entry of ZKL, a. s. to the Hungarian market. The theoretical part summarizes the latest findings from the literature in the area of strategic analysis and expansion of the company to the foreign market. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the introduction of ZKL, a. s. and presents the results of strategic and financial analysis. In the last part a strategy of entry of ZKL, a. s. to the Hungarian market is formulated.
