The thesis is focused on comparing the price of housing units in Vsetín region using different valuation methods. Theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to valuation, individual methods of valuation and description of the region. Practical part is focused on valuation of selected housing unit’s individual methods of valuation, which are the method of valid price provision, the direct comparison method and the yield method for determining the usual price. All these methods will be evaluated and compared in the conclusion of the thesis.

Emphasis is put on linking all this knowledge and its application in solving logistics models.

This bachelor thesis is concentrated on the marketing mix of Michaela Směřičková (Fabricland) company. In the theoretical part I focused on theoretical foundation of marketing mix, primarily of the services of marketing mix. In the practical part I carried out a detailed analysis of the marketing mix in the chosen company and I also provide a proposition for increasing the efficiency of promotion of their products and of the total marketing mix. This should bring an improvement in the market position, increase of profits and higher satisfaction of customers. The company does business in the tailoring sector.

Effect of movements in interest rates on demand for houses and apartments in Brno

In this diploma work I deal with the influence of interest rates on mortgage loans for the acquisition of families houses and flats in the city of Brno. In the theoretical part I focus on the basic concepts and laws related to mortgage and real estate market. In the practical part I use the findings from previous chapters and analyze interest rate trends and related factors. In the next part, the real estate market development in the past ten years. In the end I evaluate indicators during the period of ten years from entering the real estate market in Brno and should, in my opinion, a significant influence on the marketability of houses and flats. The final part I deal with the results of my questionnaire, on which I am trying to compile current profile of the typical customer applying for a mortgage loan.

Real Estate Market Development in a Given Location

This bachelor thesis analyses the development of the real estate market in the certain area. In the theoretical part it explains the basic terms of real estate market, the most used laws and real estate rules and identifies the particular kinds of estate. Furthermore it defines the factors which affect the real estate market, the process how the price of real estate is made. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis is done analysis of the real estate market in the area of Sereď and Galanta. The analyses is made on the segment of apartments. In the next part the development of real estate price is compared between the two given areas, the development of real estate price in the region in which the two towns lay is compared to the development of real estate prices in Sereď. The last part belongs to the prediction of the real estate price in 2018.
